Harry's POV

I don't see her anywhere. I walk around backstage at the arena. I can't find her. Frustrated, I open my dressing room door and see her. She's curled on the couch her long hair flowing around her shoulders. Her hands are tucked underneath her cheek.

I pull out my phone and snap a picture. She's so soft like this. So beautiful.

Aspen isn't like anyone I know. She captivates me. She is funny, and smart, she is so kind and gentle. While at the same time she has a fire in her that I admire.

I kneel down next to her face and kiss her lips gently. Her leaf green eyes pop open and as always I am taken aback by how stunning they are.

"You disappeared."

She sits up so I can sit down next to her. After I get comfortable she settles her head into my lap.

"Mmm. I didn't feel right hearing your conversation." She turns on her side so her face is pointed towards my torso.

I run my hands over her hair. "Just paps starting rumors."

"You don't have to explain Harry. I trust you." She gives me a small smile. Aspen would never ask me to explain. I know her well enough by now to guesstimate that much. But I also know that she lives in her head.

"I haven't dated anyone seriously since Camille." I could see the wheels turning in her head. "I know what the media says. It was an off and on again relationship that didn't end in the best way, I've dealt with it the only way I know how."

She looks up at me then, and I feel her eyes searching my soul. "You wrote about it." It's not a question, or an accusation. It's just a statement. She knows me well enough to know that's how I deal with things.

I nod. "Yes."

"For your new album?"

"Yes."

She smiles at me then. "It's the only place you share your private life. Your music."

She already knows me so well and we've only been dating for a little over two months. I lean down and connect our lips. "I'm not seeing anyone but you."

"Thank you for explaining." She smiles at me.

Lou walks into the dressing room and Aspen sits up. "Time to get ready."

I give Aspen a kiss before I stand and walk over to my chair. Lou starts my hair. As people slowly start trickling in. My stylist. My photographer Helene.

I look over at Aspen who is still sitting on the couch watching what is going on around her with interest on her face. She locks eyes with me and makes a face. I give her a grin and make a face back at her.

Lou leans down and whispers in my ear. "You really like her."

I nod my head. "Yes."

"She's good for you. I've not seen you smile this much since the boys." Lou grins at me. "And she's so...normal."

Aspen has wandered over to us with a lollipop in her mouth. "Oh honey." She starts laughing. "I am so flattered you think I'm normal." She sticks her tongue at Lou and crosses her eyes. "Hey butter butt...I'm gonna need my shirt back..."

I look down at my torso. Then shake my head. I'm wearing her I'd Do Niall shirt. "Nope."

She chews her lip. "What if someone notices I'm in your shirt?"

"A lot of people have that Rolling Stones shirt baby."

She gives me a grin, then leans down and pecks my lips. "You're lucky you're cute. Otherwise I would find you very annoying."
