We walk out of the café, pass the living room and make our way up the stairs. We walk in silence, despite how fake this lady was. We go up to the second floor, make an abrupt left and pass three doors before we stop at a door. The bold print on the door says: CONFERENCE ROOM.

She opens the door and I follow her inside. There was a long mahogany table with rolling chairs filling the spaces. The guards that brought me to meet Ms. Sinclair, were sitting at the other end of the table. A few unrecognizable people sat near them. I stare, my feet glued in place. "Come sit, Ms. Geiser." Ms. Sinclair says. "How do you know my last name?" I ask, sitting at the chair on the very end. "I've learned a lot about you, Laura. With help from the files I have on you." she says, smiling. I don't know what it is, but there is something off about this lady and I don't like it. I narrow my eyes.

"My file? What was in there? How did you get a file on me?"

"Many things. Your birthday, birth place, your parents' names, siblings, etcetera." she says, not answering my other question.

"What? You knew my dad? My mom told me he went missing..." I trail off and look down.

"Your dad was a supernatural. So were your long lost siblings. We only have the location of your sister, Ridley. The rest are unknown." I blinked, unable to answer her.

I swallow and clear my throat. "Where is she now?" I asked.

"She's here." she says. I sit back and let out a shaky breath. I felt dizzy. This was all being told to me so quickly. It was too much. I've never even seen what my dad looked like because my mom always told me he went missing and never put in details. Did she know what he was? I never thought I had any siblings. My mother had always told me I was an only child and my dad had no other children. Did she lie about that too? I exhaled, cutting off my thoughts and coming back to the world.

"You can meet her if you would like." she says finally. I look up and glare at her. Her facial expression changes to something similar to fear but disappears as fast as it appeared.

"Come with me." she says, standing and flattening her pencil skirt. She walks by me and I follow her out of the room.

Im about to meet my long lost sister. My breathing picks up as my anxiety begins to awaken. Would if she doesn't like me? What will she be like? I took a in big, shaky breath. I moved on autopilot as I followed Ms. Sinclair to where my sister was. We went all the way back to the café.

"May I have your attention?" she said, though it wasn't needed because everyone silenced themselves as soon as she stepped into the room.  "Ridley Geiser."  she announced. A beautiful girl stood and made her way over us. "Ridley, this is your little sister, Laura." Ridley's eyes landed on me and my heart stopped.
