Aryaman got ready to go to doctor and comes downstairs

Manik sees him

Manik: Bhai aaj aapko kahi jaana hai 

Aryaman gets little nervous

Aryaman: Haan wo Manik kuch kaam hai toh

Manik: Chalo main bhi aapke saath chalta hoon 

Aryaman: Nhi Manik

Manik looks at him surprised 

Aryaman: I mean aap ghar pe raho u need to take more rest u know na Dr Nandini ne kya kaha hai

Manik looks down listening this

Aryaman cups his face

Aryaman: Manik she is your doctor as well you know na. If not wife but u have to listen to her as she is your doctor also. 

Manik nods slowly and starts leaving

Aryaman: Manik

Manik turns and sees him

Aryaman hugs him tightly once. 

Manik: Oh ho bhai aap toh ese hug kr rhe ho jese its our last meet

Aryaman (emotionally): Hume todhi pata Manik kab hum dono ki last meet ho 

Now Manik also gets emotional listening this

Manik: Aap esa mat kaho aap mujse door kabhi nhi jaa sakte samjhe na. 

Aryaman : Manik arre I will just come within 1 hour okk

Manik nods 

Aryaman kisses Manik's forehead

Aryaman: Araam se bina tension ke betho theek hai. 

Aryaman leaves while Manik sits on sofa emotionally. His heart is just innocent like a child's heart and fears comes in his heart always to loose his loved ones. 

Nandini comes down and sees Manik sitting on sofa. He was looking tensed 

Nandini can't see him like this and she goes and sits with him

Nandini: What happened Manik? 

Manik (emotionally): Muje darr lag rha hai bahut 

Nandini keeps Manik's head on her lap and caresses his hairs 

Nandini: Kya hua Manik muje batao na kyu darr lag rha hai

Manik (emotionally): wo actually bhai bahar gye hai 

Nandini: Arre isme kya darna wo aa jayenge 1-2 ghante me 

Manik : But sab log muje chod ke chale jaate hai (he gets more tears)

Nandini: Shh Manik chalo ro mat theek hai. Ab koi tumse door nhi jaega theek hai. 

Manik (like a child innocently): Pakka na koi mujse door nhi jaega na

Nandini cups his face

Nandini: Pakka na tumhare bhai tumse door jayenge, na Mukti aur na (she stops as she was about to take her name) 

Manik looks at Nandini

Manik: Aur 

Nandini: Manik u should rest now you are still weak u know na 

Manik nods slowly 

Mukti sees them from far and smiles

Mukti: Kuch bhi ho mere bhai ke liye Nandini se best koi nhi hai. I wish Manik starts feeling for her in 6 months else koi kuch nhi kr paega

Aryaman comes to doctor 

Doctor checks Aryaman

Later

Aryaman : Doctor abhi kuch pehle se theek hua

Doctor: Dekhiye Aryaman hum apna best try kr rhe hai. But you know apko Brain Tumor hai. Aapko strong rehna hoga isme lekin kuch bhi ho sakta hai 

Aryaman: Doctor mera operation kitne din baad hoga

Doctor: Nearly after one week. But we are not sure if we will be able to save you but we will give our best. 

 Aryaman smiles a little and thanks him

At Car

Aryaman was driving

Aryaman: I just wish ki mere jaane se pehle Manik ki life sahi ho jaaye. Manik Nandini ko apna le. Fir muje agar kuch ho bhi jaega toh koi baat nhi. 

Other side

Manik was lying on his bed and sleeping

Nandini comes and sees Manik sleeping

Nandini comes to him and starts ruffling his hairs

Nandini: Manik tum bahut cute ho ek chote bache ki tarah. Tumhare saath rehke esa lagta hai jese sirf main ek biwi hi nhi ek maa bhi hoon. Tumhara khyaal rakhna muje bahut acha lagta hai. Dil ko khushi milti hai tumhara khyaal rak kar. I wish ek baar tum mere pyaar ko samaj paate. Main kabhi bhi tumhare dil se anita ko nhi nikaalna chahti, main nhi chahti tum muje uski jagah do, Na main ye chahti ki tum bhi mujse pyaar karo badle me, main toh bas yehi chahti thi ek baar tum mere pyaar ko samajo bas.

Mukti comes there and sees them

Mukti enters and taps Nandini's shoulder

Nandini turns and sees her

Mukti (smiles): Samjhega Nandini ek din Manik bhi tumhare pyaar ko samjhega  muje pura bharosa hai. 

Nandini: Mukti tum yaha

Mukti : Haan wo main toh yaha tumhe bulane aayi thi for lunch. Vese Manik is sleeping seems like raat ko neend nhi aayi Manik ko 

Nandini looks at Manik

Mukti: Manik ko sone dete hai hum dono lunch kr lete hai 

Nandini nods and both leaves down  

At Dining Table 

Mukti and Nandini were talking to each other and having lunch 

Meanwhile Aryaman came from outside with reports. Mukti sees him

Mukti: Arre Aryaman aap aa gye aap bhi lunch kr lijiye

Aryaman : Haan Mukti bas abhi aata hoon 2 minute

He leaves to his room immediately. Nandini sees Aryaman was having some papers and gets confused while Mukti was also confused with Aryaman's behavior

Mukti: Inhe kya hua why he was looking so nervous?

Nandini (in mind): Ye Aryaman ke paas kese papers hai and why he is looking so tensed? Kuch gadbad lag rhi hai. Aryaman mere bhai jese hai I have to find what is making him so tensed.
