The Vigenère cipher (French pronunciation: [viʒnɛːʁ]) is a method of encrypting alphabetic text by using a series of interwoven Caesar ciphers based on the letters of a keyword.
-Sa vigenere cipher,required ang keyword. And syempre ng plaintext.
-Ang vigenere cipher ay gumagamit ng tabula recta na kung saan,iyong nasa left side,doon matatagpuan ang plaintext. While sa taas naman yung keyword. And 'yong intersection nila ang magiging ciphertext.
-Para ma-balance rin yung length,ang keyword ang mag-a-adjust.
Example :
Keyword: G O D D E S S G O
Plaintext : A P H R O D I T E
-Sa pag-e-encrypt,kunin ang first letter ng keyword at plaintext.
So here it goes..
Plaintext A + Keyword G = Ciphertext G
Plaintext P + Keyword O = Ciphertext D
All in all,we have "GDKUSVAZS" as our ciphertext.
-To decrypt,reverse the process.
