This is Hekaeru! (Pronounced 'he-KAI-rdoo') Zhe's a recent boio Ive been workin on and so happy with zhir ref!!

Zhir serpent form (Zhir 'quirk') is actually a Basilisk; Zhe can shift into this form without drawback, and zhe can use venom, heat-vision even out of serpent form, and has a bite force stronger than four alligators combined. Drawbacks? Zhe cant use this form in really cold temperatures, hot temperatures cause itchiness, and zhir form can't go down in size, so whatever zhir size is, is what zhe has to stick with when in that form. Too cold? Venom will freeze and be unreliable for use. Too hot? Instincts make zhim itchy. (like a snake having a bad shed)
