[Update: This chapter was from that time when I used PicsArt for vectors, something I don't do now. But the process I have used is pretty much the same I do in Sketchbook.]

I had to make this chapter all over again cause the one I made wasn't appropriate.

Anyway, for this you need only PicsArt.

Step 1.
Go to PicsArt and you'll see a '+' sign. Click on it and you'll get redirected to another page. There you'll see different types of templates and all, but what you'll do is click on Freestyle.

Once you've done that, a page like this will show and you have to select the picture of which the vector is to be drawn. Once you've done that, click on Done.

Step 3

This page will open and you'll click on Cutout. Now click on Person.
