"Where in the bloody hell are you," Danny yells through the phone. There is panic in his voice and it pierces your gut like a knife.
"You need to stop calling me. I don't work for you anymore Mr. Phantom," you choke out.
"Princess, you better give me a damn good explanation because when I find you-"
"I'm getting married," you interrupt.
"I beg your pardon," he says in disbelief.
"I'm getting married. Please do not call me anymore, sir. This is the last time I will answer," you tell him before hanging up the phone.
