3rd person POV
Izuku's eyes softened as he looked at his adopted mother "Th-the-then what happened to mom?" he asks, tears still dripping from his eyes. Inko puts her hand on the boy's cheek to calm him down "Honestly... I don't know. One day she was as happy as the sun, and then the next day she disappeared. Without a trace." Inko said as she turned around and walked with Olaf and Nokk, leaving Izuku stunned with Bruni rubbing his head against his neck. He then continues to walk after Inko until the come across a small pond surrounded by a gorgeous field of what looked like perfectly cut grass with flowers of all kind swayed in the soft, cool breeze of nature.

"Here. Here is where you will train your magic." Inko said as she got down on her knees and let the soft breeze flow through her hair. Olaf started chasing butterflies as Nokk disappeared into the pond, Izuku sat down beside his other mother and looked at the sky. "Izuku," "Hm?" "promise me something," "What is it mom?" "promise that you won't tell anyone about this, you must trust no one." "Not even Kacchan?" Izuku asked sadly "Him too." she takes her left hand and strokes his head gently "I'm sorry it has to come to this, but it's important to keep you safe.". And from then on Izuku took those words to heart, leaving his best friend, shutting everything and everyone out. The only person who he would be able to actually be "friends" with was Nokk, Bruni, and Olaf.

Everyday Izuku's trained and trained until his body was so sore he couldn't even move. Bakugou almost enjoyed Izuku's absence for about a day until he started to realize how much he actually missed Izuku's praise and enthusiasm for heroes. Now Izuku won't even see him when he's at home, when he tries to talk to him at school Izuku's would ignore him and go on with his day.

"Today kids, we have a new student from England. He's and exchange student and he's a little shy. Come on out." soon a little boy came from behind the teacher. He had a blue and white sweater with a red devil on it, his hair was black with an orange shine to it, and he had light green eyes that sparkled like emeralds.

"H-hi, m-my name i-is Trent

"H-hi, m-my name i-is Trent. I come from London, England. I-I hope we can be great friends." Trent said with an English accent, Izuku looked up to see the boy shaking and stuttering like he when before he had to worry so much about the magic he now possessed. "Trent, why don't you sit next to Izuku. He's in the back." Trent then sat down next to Izuku, still shaking. "Why do you shake like that?" Izuku asked, Trent looks at him surprised "I-I'm really shy, I didn't have many friends." Izuku couldn't help but feel pity for this boy, being alone, it only reminded of how much Izuku regretted shutting out his friend but it was for the best, as his mother put it. "I'll be your friend." he blurted out. "Really?" "Y-yeah, I know what it's like. Mom didn't want me to have friends because it would distract me from my school work."

Bakugou couldn't help but feel jealous, but he can tell that Izuku was lying. If Izuku's mother actually told him to stop being friends with him he would've told him or at least his mother would've told his mom about it. Something seemed off about Trent as well, how can he be shy if he's wearing a devil on his shirt? It was now recess, Trent and Izuku started to become close friends in a matter of seconds which ticked Bakugou off. "Hey Izuku, why are you with that loser?" Bakugou said mockingly "Be quiet Kacchan, I don't wanna hear you rambling about your "amazing quirk" and "how you're going to become the number one hero"." Izuku complained as he turned away from Bakugou. Bakugou almost felt a small relief, at Izuku still used his nickname, but hurt that Izuku was now mocking him. "Why you friends with him? I thought we were friends!" "Friends don't make fun of each other by calling them useless every minute of their life!" Izuku shouted. Bakugou was taken back a bit, he didn't know that Izuku would lash out on him like that. "If you think that I'm your friend then you made a big mistake, Bakugou!"

This crushed Bakugou, that small relief was now shattered into a million pieces, along with his heart. Bakugou's eyes started tear a bit, he then turns around and leaves, tears threatening to come out. He looked back and swore he saw a smirk coming from Trent. But it was just a smile, Trent smiles and thanked Deku for standing up for him, and that day forward, Bakugou was determined to get his friend back and prove that this "Trent" was a fraud. But kids will be kids, Izuku became more mature than most other kids his age would ever be. He still made time to hang out with Trent in secret, they became really close, but that didn't give Izuku an excuse to tell him about his magic.
