"It's the first day of the event," Kyle said happily

"Well we better go to the arena so that could check there on who are we going to battle," Ash said while walking outside of the pokemon center

"Hey wait for me!!" Kyle shouted while catching up with Ash.

(At the Arena)

"I said wait for me," Kyle said still panting

"I'm sorry bro but your so slow," Ash said not even bother to calm him down

"I'll get you next time," Kyle said in anger. While Ash just shrugged it off

They went to the monitor to checked on who's their opponent. Ash vs a guy named Jason while Kyle vs a guy named Alex.

"Well good luck Aaron," Kyle said casually

"Good luck to you too Kevin" Ash comeback to Kyle.

Then they just laugh it off but before going to the stadium to get prepared Ash bumped into a young trainer

" I'm so sorry for bumping into you," Max said while touching on where he got hit

"That's okay" Ash replied while picking up Max" So what's your name" he added

"my name's Max I'm from Petalburg City how about you," Max said

Ash hesitate for a little bit and replied "I'm Aaron from......" he paused

"From where?" Max ask

Aaron was about to say something but Kevin but in and said "Hi Max I'm Kevin Aaron's brother and we came from Viridian City in Kanto"

Max got sadden when he heard the word Kanto but didn't show it.

"Till we meet again Max" Kevin said as he dragged Aaron to their battlefield

"Yeah see you next time," Max said as he went to his battlefield.

(At the battlefield of Ash)

"In your left corner we have Jason from the Johto region while at your left we have Aaron from..." the commentator pause for a few seconds and guess the region his from" Kanto region," He said

Ash then looked at the commentator pissed on what he said. The commentator just gulped at Aaron's reaction

"Trainers this will be a one on one battle please send out your first pokemon," The referee said

"I'm not going easy on you go Rhyperior" Jason shouted as he tossed his pokeball

'Will see about that' Aaron thought "I need your assistance my friend" Aaron said calmly as he released his Charizard

"Battle begin!!!" Shouted the referee

I'll go first Rhypeior use stone edge Shouted Jason as Rhyperior used stone edge to hit Charizard

You know what to do my friend Aaron said

Charizard then just took the hit leaving everyone in shocked. Charizard then use 10% of his power in using blast burn (which is equal to the max blast burn of Entei) to Rhyperior it created a giant smoke but after the smoke disappeared in the battlefield they already saw Rhyperior fainted

"Rhyperior is unable to battle Aaron win this much," The referee said

"That was an amazing battle. Charizard just one shot Rhyperior" The commentator was in full shock while saying it.

Ash then went to the center of the battlefield and shook the hand of Jason and left

(With Kevin)

"Battle begin," said the referee

Use Dark pulse Jason said Tyranitar then unleash his full power trying to hit Kevin's Beedrill

Okay, Beedrill dodges it and uses poison job Kevin command. Beedrill did what it was told causing Tyranitar to get K.O.

"Tyranitar is unable to battle which means Kevin is the winner," The referee said

Kevin did the same what Aaron did after the battle

(At the pokemon center)

"Damn today was just a piece of cake," Ash said while lying down

"Let's just rest it is also was a rough day," Kyle said while trying to get some sleep

"So tell me why did you hesitate a while ago when you were talking to Max" Kyle questioned

"Well let's just say it's complicated" Ash teased

Kyle just face at the other side of his bed and sleeps

'Can't wait to battle him soon by the look of it Max is a strong trainer' Ash thought as he then falls asleep

(With Max)

'I think I've met Aaron before" Max think while trying to get some sleep
