Lincoln loud was so exited of his first day in new york city, but he was worried sooner or later hell need a home and money to support himself he had enough to last him atleast 3 days or more or maybe less he was only 11 years old his main problem now is shelter as for a side job he's sure he can find one in these city to keep him ok

Lincoln knew of his obstacles but it was better than living with them, sure he could forgive them but they'll just forget again and do something worse next time, they didn't love him, they paid no attention to him they made him felt like he wasn't special because of his talents or his gender he never fit in

So lincoln shook his head to get rid of his thought but that is all behind him they say he's bad luck well their is no such thing as luck but if their is let us see how far he can go

Lincoln all fired up went to museum's, mall, art gallaries, and other sites he wanted to see in new york he saw the wonders of art went to a comic convention, and toy stores, he went to a arcade, saw the beauty of the city on top of the empire state building

Got into a eating contest twice and won 20,000 dollars and 10,000 dpllar in a hotdog and milk shake contest althought he was full and had a big brain freeze he was enjoying the time of his life

There were some moments of memories of his family that triggered sad and lonely emotions but lincoln shrugged them away

He then went to the park he saw families, group of friends, bikers and other people

He even got lucky a man said on the park if anyone can answer his question's they can get a prize

Lincoln came lucky again he saw a small group of people curious lincoln joined them there were 2 people sitting on opposite side's one was a old man one looked like in his late 40s or 50s who was frustrated and a bit angry while the other was a adult in his 30s who was full of confidence they were playing chess lincoln but soon it ended in a checkmate the adult man won as for the old man went away in a furious state

Everybody dispersed after the game lincoln still saw the adult man still waiting lincoln approached and asked him why hasn't he left the old man replied he was waiting for someone lincopn asked if he was up for a game of chess the adult smiled and nodded

They set up the board and all the chess peices the man added a timer and the game begun

Lincoln won the 2nd and 3rd game lincoln learned and adapted to his opponent

The adult smiled and was impressed

at first he was going easy on him on the first round but the game got intense later on luckily he won the first round but lost the 2nd and 3rd round still amazed of the boy

Lincoln stood up and shaked the hand of the adult

Evan full of worry and curiousity wondered what was lincolns situation

All of a sudden evan was startled to death by a woman
