This one is about how people think that everything is fine with them so everyone is fine to. How it's our tendency to ignore problems if we can't see them. This one is called 'People Say'

People Say
People say that the wounds
That dont show they arnt there
But trust me they hurt the most
People say that a prison is
Something you see
Then what about the prison I'm my
Mind, am I not real
People say that we all only
Smile true
Then why does it hurt
When I do
People aren't always right
Only we know ourselves
The hurt we fight
The pain we overcome
What people say might
Not be true
But what they say is
What I want to be
People say we are at fault
We chose our days
But I dont remember choosing
To have these thoughts, these sleepless nights
I lie awake
What people say is not
Always what's true
We have to find
Our own way
Every thought might be a battle
Each cut a war
You might think that there is
No winning
But you've caught the fight
You've lost the war
What people say
It's not true at all
