" Hey babe, wake up" I heard a familiar voice, I opened my eyes and saw my boyfriend of 2 years hovering over me

" What is it babe?" I said slightly annoyed that he woke me up from my beauty sleep

" Good morning" he said smiling like an idiot

" Harry leave me alone,I wanna sleep" I said puttinga pillow on my face

" By 10 am? Nope not happening" he said taking the pillow away from my face. I sat up and looked at him then smacked him in the head

" What was that for" he said

" That was for disrupting my sleep" I said then I stood up and went to the bathroom

" We'll be going out today" Harry said from the room

" Where are we going to?" I said

" It's a surprise" he said and he knows I hate surprises but oh well I'm not in the mood to push him in telling me the surprise

I did my routine and got dressed in

Then I left the room and walked downstairs and to the kitchen and I saw Harry waiting for me for breakfast

" Hey" I said and he turned to me

" Hey looking good babe" he said pecking me

" What's for breakfast" I said looking at the food

" Pancakes?" He said and I nodded and sat down and gobbled up my breakfast, then I put my plate in the sink

" I'm ready?"

" Are you ready?" He asked stupidly

" You heard me" I said and we both laughed and walked to his car outside

Then we both got in and he began the ignition and began to drive to God knows where

Few minutes later

We both found ourselves in the park with a lot of people there

" The park?" I said

" Yep" he said getting out of the car and coming to open my door , he did so and I got out then he slammed the door then he took my hand and we began to walk hand in hand around the park

" It's a bit peaceful here" I said

" Affirmative" he agreed

Then as we were walking, I noticed that some people gave me dirty looks and I don't know why

Then one guy walked to us

" Hey buddy" he said to Harry

" Hey?" Harry said

" I don't want to sound rude but what the fuck are you doing with this nigga" he said then it occurred to me that he was a racist

" Excuse me?" Harry said getting annoyed

" I mean they are other girls out there who aren't black like these female nigga here" he said and I felt a tear drop from my eyes

" You have no right to talk about my girlfriend like that" Harry said

" Girlfriend? Pfft this female nigga is your..." Before the guy could complete his sentence,Harry punched him in the face

" Harry" I said surprised

Harry kept on punching the guy and he bleeded

" Harry let him go" I said taking Harry away from the guy

" Come on get your racist self outta here" Harry said and the guy ran off in fear

" Let's get out of here" Harry took my hand and we both walked to the car

We both got in and he looked at me and I think he noticed the tears in my eyes

" Babe, are you crying" he asked and I kept quiet

Then he pulled me to himself and kissed my forhead

" Come on don't cry" he comforted me

" But the guy..."

" Forget about what he said, he's stupid" Harry said

" Harry why are you dating me" I asked

" What?"

" Why are you dating me?" I repeated

" Because I love you, I really love you Mel, that's why,forget about all those racists, your skin is beautiful, your beautiful the way you are, and nothing is ever going to change it"

" Thanks for making me feel better" I said and he kissed me

" You're welcome, now let's go somewhere else" he said and I nodded then we left the park
