(This story is between Bakugo and my oc, and everything involving her and their past will be explained through the story!)

Seeing everyone after all this time is gonna be crazy! I'm nervous? I'm excited? I don't know anymore. As I looked in the mirror at the dress I decided on, a blood red color to match my eyes,I thought back to high school and what everyone was like.

•Flashback•

"You take that back smart ass!"
"You're just mad it's the truth dipshit"
"What's you just call me you little bit-"
"Bakugo. Misheru. No more of this. And Bakugo, you should never call a lady a bitch unle-...never mind." Mr.Aizawa interrupted us in the middle of our argument, which only made Bakugo get angrier, making him get up in my face. He was so close that the force of our breaths were fighting each other and our noses and foreheads were practically touching
"You better learn when to shut your mouth" he said with a slight growl
"Look down sweetie" I said with a smug look on my face. He looked down and was terrified to see that I had used my quirk, blood manipulation, and he now had a bulge in his pants. He used one hand to cover and got all flustered but couldn't seem to muster words to say
"Jeez, you guys fight like a married couple. You're always arguing about something, ya might as well get married" Uraraka said with a chuckle
"Ya hear that boom boom?" I said to Bakugo. He still couldn't seem to say anything back
"You guys should do what me and Deku did! We bet that if neither of us was married by a certain age we would get together!" Uraraka said with a smile
"Sounds like a challenge to me. How about that Pomeranian, sound good to you? If we're both single when we're like 27 then we've gotta try the whole dating thing." I said towards Bakugo. I had always thought I might have a crush on him but repressed the thought every time.
"Fuck that, I'd never date a tramp like you"
"Aweee sounds like someone's scared! Plus, what're the chances I'll even be single at that point? Makes sense that you'd pussy out though..." I said with a smirk
"Fuck that. I'm in. Not like I'll be single either..."
The joke got brought up a few more times throughout the school year, and even after at the few birthday parties we happened to both go to for the next year after we all graduated and we both seemed a little embarrassed each time it happened.

•Current time•

I snapped back into reality and realized I needed to get going. Since basically everyone moved out of town, we were all staying in the hotel where the reunion was being held. I checked myself in the big mirror on the back of the door one more time before I walked out. The dress hugged my curves in a way I never thought a dress would be able to do without making me look chunky. I'm surprised my thunder thighs even fit in the damn thing. I had a more neutral color lipstick on, seeing that my eyes and the dress were a bright red and the eyeshadow matched the lipstick. My hair, now atleast a foot longer than it was in high school, had also been dyed black. For a second, I wondered who would recognize me, but then realized I have the same baby face as I've always had. I grabbed my small purse wallet thing and popped my phone in and walked out, keeping my eyes on my black heels so I didn't trip over the ledge to the door. Just as I closed it, I heard a voice from down the hall
"MISHERU?? OH MY GOD!!" I recognized the voice as Uraraka
"Hey!!" I ran over to her and we hugged eachother tight
"Oh my god it's so good to see you again! You look gorgeous!" She said, looking me up and down
"Look who's talking! Oh my god how've you been?" I asked
"Great! Look what I've got!" She said, holding out her left hand, revealing a wedding ring
"Oh my god congrats! Who's the lucky guy?" I asked. Just then, I heard the door the room she had been in open up again and a voice I recognized, except the voice was deeper
"Hey sweetie, you forgot your bracelet so I grabbed it for yo- oh, hi Misheru!" Deku said, smiling
"Well hi there! I'm so happy to get to see you guys again!"
"I'm so glad to see you too!! Do you have anyone with you?" Uraraka asked me
"Oh uh, no. I was dating this guy but he ended up cheating on me... I actually ended it a few weeks ago." I replied
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" She said, pulling me into a hug. I hugged her back and felt Dekus hand on my shoulder and looked up to see him giving me a supportive smile
"Ya know Misheru, there's always that bet you and Bakugo made in high school. Uraraka and I did the same but ended up fallin for eachother long before the age we agreed on" Deku said
"Oh my god yeah!!! Do you know if he's single?" Uraraka asked
"We haven't actually talked since those few parties we went to right after graduation" I responded
"You've gotta talk to him!!" Uraraka jumped with excitement which made me smile. She grabbed my hand and started walking
"Come on, the three of us will go down together!"
She guided us down to the room where the reunion was, and it was crazy to see everyone after all this time. Everyone looked over at the three of us. Most of them were saying hi to Deku or Uraraka, but I noticed a particular set of eyes on me. Bakugo was sitting at the table closest to the door we had come in and his jaw was dropped and he was very obviously checking me out. Seeing this made me blush, and Uraraka noticed the whole thing and gave me a little push towards him, but my heels caught a bit of the carpet and I tripped, sending me onto Bakugos lap. We both kinda looked at eachother in shock and then I noticed something poking me leg and decided to mess with him. I leaned in and whispered
"I didn't even have to use my quirk to make this bulge happen" and smirked. He got super flustered but then looked at though he got an idea. I felt his hand go onto my ass, and was shocked for a split second, but then he used his quirk to send me flying back off his lap. A lot of people were looking but that didn't stop him. I saw Uraraka and Deku both staring and hiding the smiles that had formed on their faces as she threw a quick thumbs up my way. I gave him a look of surprise while trying to hide how insanely red my face was and decided to head over to the table with all the food. Everyone went back to their conversations and all as if nothing happened. I caught up with a few others and made sure to take everyone's phone numbers so I could reconnect with everyone. At one point, probably about an hour and a half into the party, I went back to the table of food to fill my cup with the punch that was definitely spiked with something good. As I poured myself a cup, I felt someone brush past me
"You uh...ya look good." I turned to see Bakugo looking down at his hands as he twiddled with a toothpick
"You don't look to bad yourself hot head" I said with a smirk
"What've you been up to?" He asked, slightly looking up at me
"Nothing much really, just kinda doing whatever. I work as a barista at a cat cafe"
"Really? I woulda thought you would try to do something involving music."
"Oh? Why's that?" I never expressed to him that I had been interested in music so I was surprised to hear him say this
"Oh well uh... I would always hear you singing along to your music when you sat against the school and did your homework...so I just figured that you were probably gonna do something involving music."
"Wait, how did you know I would do that? I thought I was alone!"
"I uh...I followed you after that fight we had where you used your quirk. I was gonna have a talk with you but then I heard you singing and just sat and listened cause it sounded really nice...I'm sorry"
I didn't expect Bakugo to be so soft now. Obviously he still had his usual spark and angst, but now he had a soft side too that I didn't see coming
"Oh, you're fine, no worries! And thank you!" I smiled at him, causing him to smile back
"Ofcourse"
"So, where's your date?" I asked. Part of me wanted to meet whoever else could deal with him, but part of me also hoped he would say he didn't have one
"Oh. I don't have one... where's yours?" He asked
"I don't have one either..." when I said that, his eyebrows raised and his eyes met mine
"What happened to all that smack talk in high school, huh?"
"What happened was he cheated on me..."
"I'm... im so sorry..." he said. After he said it, I saw that same look of rage flash in his eyes
"It's fine, you didn't know, and he was pretty shitty anyways."
"Remember that dumb bet we made in school? That we'd try dating if we were both single at a certain age?"
"Yea, I'm surprised you remembered."
"I mean, that happened during one of our biggest fights. Not exactly a forgettable moment..." he said while awkwardly looking down, but we both laughed at the thought of how stupid our fight was
"So what, are you thinking of taking me up on that?" I asked jokingly
"Well, we're both 27 now and it looks like neither of us are finding anyone soon..." he said while a blush spread across his face
"Ooooh does someone have a crush on me?" I said mockingly
"Shut it extra, I don't wanna hear it" he blushed even more
"Hey guys" I heard a voice from behind us and turned to see Todoroki, except he had longer hair and it was back in a ponytail
"Hey todo!" I said, and went for a hug without thinking . Todoroki and I had been best friends, but everyone told me he had a crush on me when we were in school. I didn't even think about the fact that we hadn't seen each other in about 10 years, I just remembered that we would hug every time we saw each other. I heard him make a noise of surprise,but he hugged me back and rested his head on my shoulder. I opened my eyes during the hug just enough to see that Bakugo seemed pissed. When we pulled away from the hug, he eased up a bit
"You look amazing Misheru"
"You too todo!"
"Would you mind if I spoke with Bakugo for a second?"
"Oh uh...sure, do you need me to step away?"
"Yea, if that's okay, and then after that I can give you my new number so we can keep in contact"
"Oki doki" I said while walking over to Uraraka, who also heard what Todoroki had said
"Are we eavesdropping? We definitely should" she leaned in and whispered to me
"Oh yeah definitely" I said, to which we giggled
