Backstory ❒ Lilith grew up as the youngest of five siblings meaning she was the last in line for the throne. She was encountered by a strange man one day in the castle gardens who offered her a simple mirror and said that it would tell her everything she wants to know. She was hesitant, but she took the mirror and asked, "Mirror, am I truly worthy of the throne?" When the mirror spoke what she indeed was worthy of the throne, the man smirked and took her hand. He told Lilith that if she wanted to have what she rightfully deserved, she would just need a little push in the right direction. That night, she met the man in the castle gardens again where he gave her a simple vile of red liquid. "By drinking this, you will have all the power you need to successfully claim what belongs to you" he said. The strange man faded into the mist of the night never to be seen again. Lilith drank the vile of liquid to see what he meant by the power she needed. Sure enough, she felt a surge of energy run through her body. Lilith held up the mirror again and asked, "What did that man give me?" It told her that he had granted her the ability to use magic, but if she used it wrongly, she could lose herself to its power. Lilith brushed off this warning and went to the library to find a book on magic and spells so she could find a way to give herself the crown. Although the spell she found was risky, she didn't think much and created a small volume of a magic potion to force her siblings and her father to give over the crown. This however, went horribly wrong. The potion she made was poisoned by someone whom she assumed was the man who gave her everything. Lilith confronted him with tears in her eyes yelling, "You said you would help me! I never wanted them to die, I just wanted them to give me the crown!" The man smirked as he explained that she did this to herself and he did no wrong. She tried to use her magic to bring back her dead family, but nothing she did worked. Years passed and she eventually gave into the fact that no matter how she put it, she did technically get what she wanted. Only, everyone feared her and the day she would become queen. As the years passed, she slowly lost her sanity to her magic. She met a lovely man whom she was meant to marry to carry on her family blood, but when she realized he was loved more than she, Lilith poisoned him. She did what she could to calm the people so they would be able to rely on her for once, but when she asked the mirror if she would finally have what she deserved, it told her that her step-children would be the new rulers sooner than Lilith could even think. This angered the queen, so she tried to pour some poison into their drinks, but found that she couldn't bring herself to do so. She looked for a hunter whom she knew would do the job without hesitation, so she left him to do the job knowing that even though the girls blood would be on the hunters hands, it would be her fault that they won't have the ability to experience everything their life still had ahead of them
