final task and dead diggory end of 4th year

Aria's pov: I was having a hard time going back to sleep last night after the event with water I can't bear to say it but I'm afraid of water

I walked down the stairs through the common room the last task is tomorrow and there's no way I'm going to let that fraud get Harry killed

I looked in the mirror and touched it a blue flame came out and a fox patronus came and turned into a white fox with golden eyes and a gem on its forehead

"Your going to watch over Harry" I said placing the gem in my pocket to sneak in Harry's pocket Harry conveniently enough was the first one awake

"Morning aria something wrong" "nope" I went behind him and slid the gem into his pocket "do you want anything tonight is the last task" I said

"No thank you" I was hugging him from behind he turned and hugged me back "everything is going to be ok" I know that's why I'm taking extra precautions.

I'm making sure I can get to him in case anything bad happens the fox gives him protection not that he needs to know that

Later that night

We were watching in the stands I was feeling a little anxious about if the protection spell would even work I was very anxious

Harry's pov: the hedge closed and I was on my own I had to find the triwizard cup to get out of here I heard fleur scream

I saw her being dragged under the hedge by branches "hericula" I said sending up a flare a sudden wind came Krum was trying to attack Cedric

"Get down" Cedric said he stopped Krum "stop he's bewitched" I said "get off me" he said we both race to the triwizard cup

Only to fall short when the branches grabbed Cedric I decided to help him "reducto" I said and the branches let go of him "thank you" he said "no problem" I said

We saw the maze closing "go ahead take it you saved me take it" Cedric said "together 1...2...3" we both grabbed it and ended up in a very familiar graveyard

It was the one from my nightmare "Cedric get back to the cup now" "what are you talking about" he said my scar started burning

A nearby cauldron lit "What's wrong" he said "get back to the cup uhn" I struggled the figure came close "who are you what do you want" Cedric said pointing his wand

"Kill the spare" "Avada kadavra" he said "No Cedric" the man made the statue pin me Cedric was dead now lord voldemort was back he summoned his death eaters

"Ah such a handsome boy" "don't touch him" I said "oh I forgot you were there standing on the bones of my father the boy who lived I can touch you now"

We both started screaming a fox appeared and spit fire at him "ah where did that blasted thing come from" it came from my pocket

The statue dropped me "not that it matters" "Actually it does" I saw Aria engulfed in blue flames "you forgot that I could apparate" she hit him with a blue flame

I took this chance to get away "accio triwizard cup" I grabbed it and brought cedric's body Dumbledore was trying to get me off "no no"

"Harry what happened" "he's back voldemort is back I couldn't leave him not that" I sobbed "it's ok he's home now" his father came rushing

"Let me through let me through that's my son it's my boy" he sobbed holding his son while moody took me to his office

Aria's pov: "you know I'm not lying now" "then you know who's behind it then"Dumbledore said I nodded he realized "oh no"

Harry's pov: he was acting a bit strange "were there others in the graveyard were there others" "I didn't say anything about any others"

"Just wait until they found out I got rid of the famous Harry Potter" "expeliarmus" Dumbledore came just in time to save me

"Severus" he said while giving him a sort of truth serum "you can thank aria for telling us" Dumbledore said I turned to aria who was waving me over

After that

Aria's pov: I was so glad he's alive he was trying to apologize "c'mon let me say sorry" I turned away from him "you can't just ignore me forever"

"I don't know what you were thinking you didn't think just once you were with a mass murderer no of course not because your stupid enough to find out in the end"

I started cursing in Spanish leaving Harry baffled I smacked his face "I deserved that" he said "next time listen to me then maybe you might live longer"

I crossed my arms and growled "your not going to forgive me" I sighed "I didn't say that but you gave me one hell of a time to worry about you"

"Sorry" "you are forgiven this time" I said hugging him then kissing his cheek the tournament was finally over and I'm glad it's over

Then we can put everything that happened behind us I want to keep making memories with Harry every step of the way
