The old hag, I mumbled, literally stomping out of the "building".
I promised myself I would stay out of trouble but here I am.

Her words rang in my head, "I need you to get me something I lost years ago, well, I need you to steal it for me, but you're good at that right? If you come back successful I will reward you, if you don't, you'll have to pay the price".

What price?
What did I do to get myself into this?

I walked for miles till I finally spotted an object in the mist(I'm still a little lost)
I think it was a person, I waved my hands to get their attention.

Then I saw him
He was examining a scratch on the body of his motorcycle, swearing a lot.

I walked up to him and tapped his shoulder, he jumped in shock.

"Oh hi", he said moving his hand through his hair.
I was trying my very best not to drool.

"It's um.... Marvelle , right?", He asked, nervous.

"Yeah, it's me, I just wanted to ask if I could get a ride home because I was running after this guy was stalking me and kinda got lost, now I'm in the middle of nowhere and can't seem to find my way home" I ranted, I remembered to leave the part about the mysterious woman out.

"So are you asking for a ride?" He asked, a smirk forming on his face.

"No I want you to move your vehicle to the other side of the road so I can continue looking for a way back", I answered.

" I sense some sarcasm in that statement", he smirked.

I looked down trying to hide the color that was rising in my cheeks.

He handed me his helmet and said "Hop on".

I restrained myself from yelling "gladly", didn't wanna seem too desperate.

We rode for a while and finally arrived back at the forest.

"Want me to escort you?", He asked.

"No" I answered politely.

Then I stopped dead in my tracks.

"Hey, how did you know I lived here?", I asked, suspicious.

Wait... OMG!
Hulio was the mysterious stalker who was following me .

"You were the one following me today, I know it was you, how else would you know where I lived?!"

It was his turn to go all red.
He literally broke into a sweat right there.

"Fine, I was, but not that....you see....I just....." He stammered.

I giggled controllably.

"Bye Hulio, I'll let you go just this once"

He gave me a 24 karat smile then sped off.

"Okay lady"
I said to myself.

"I'll get what you want, then you give me what I want, fair trade"

I sneaked around the busy city looking for a particular shop.

I needed to this fast before the police shows up or someone sees me.

The most popular pawn shop in the city and I can't find it, maybe because I've never been or I consider those items too precious to steal.

I picked up the courage to ask the newsboy, he looked down at me and pointed his hand out to a shop across the road.

Dang, how did I miss that?

I slipped into the shop, trying to look as decent as possible so that I don't attract attention.

Then I saw it, it was exactly what the woman had discribed.

I sneaked over and took off the case that was protecting it.
Steadily, I lifted it slowly waiting for any reactions, when I saw that nothing had happened and no one was looking I stashed it in my pocket and walked out of the store briskly, I thought everything was going according to plan.
That was when the alarm went off.

A man who looked like he was  in his forties looked at me and yelled "Thief!"

I ran out of there like my life depended on it, well it did.

I ran for a while till I reached the forest area.

I thought I was safe, until I heard a thousand police sirens not too far away.

Oh, Marvie
Why do you get yourself into these messed up situations.
