Chapter 1
It was a 6:30 pm on a Friday night and you felt like you needed to spend some time with your friends as you haven't seen them for so long because you were all of doing your own thing. So You decided to text the girls group chat ....

How you both doing I haven't seen you two for months I was thinking we could all go out tonight ? Xx

Ellie: Yeah that would be fun you wanna come over we're all meeting up anyway rn come meet us at my house :)xx

Your POV :
You grabbed your things and shoved them in your old bag, you hadn't worn it since last time you went out to the club with Lilly.

After about 15 minutes of walking you finally reach Ellie's house and she opens the door just as you are about to knock. "Omg you scared me you idiot ! At least let me knock before you answer the door !" You said laughing. "Anyway .." you pushed her to the side to get in the house and hugged her tightly "I've missed you" "same it's been quiet without you . Now quit the sad shit who's ready for the partyyy?!"
You all joked with each other and after about 3 hours you were finally ready.
"Got your purse y/n ?"
"Oh shit yeah pass me the keys"
You ran upstairs and snatched your purse from underneath Lilly's robe,
"Got it, close one" you laughed
"C'mon we're gonna be late girls" Ellie said as you all piled into the taxi. "Next stop .. THE CLUB !!" You we're all screaming and you saw that the man driving was annoyed, "calm down save all of your excitement for later" you said.

It took a good 20 minutes for you to get to the club as there was a lot of traffic at this time in Sheffield.
"Finally , god my legs were so cramped in that car" Ellie said.
You handed the man a £5 note and you let him keep the change to thank him for putting up with your friends. Ellie and Lilly pull you into the club and it's loud .. very loud "IM NOT USED TO THIS ITS TO LOUD!" You shouted over the music. Lilly pulled you to the bar to get you a drink ,she ordered a vodka and lemonade for you and her to share whilst Ellie danced about with some random boy .

Suddenly you hear the breath of a man well it sounded like a man anyway, you turned around to see him sat there by himself with a glass of something that looked like vodka as-well but you couldn't make it out. He was staring into space and every couple of seconds he would take a sip from the glass. You couldn't help but notice his eyes , they were big and a dark shade brown and his hair oh his hair it was dark brown to and neatly combed back with gel in it, a few stands were falling out of place. He was so hot ! He looked so sad, bless him.

"have I got something on my face?" He asked "oh- um n-no , sorry" you stuttered
*shit he saw you staring*
He laughed "it's fine, my names Alex ,Alex turner, you ?"
"Y/n , y/n y/s/n. Nice to meet you"
By this time the girls were wasted and not even paying attention to you.
"Nice name"
You blushed "thanks" then you paused
"You look sad , are you ok ?"
"Oh yeah me and my friend Matt has and argument and he said she didn't want to speak to me again" Alex sighed.
"Oh, what was it about? If you don't want to talk about it I understand"
"It was because he thought I was flirting with his girl and I wasn't, we were planning their wedding she was going to surprise him 'coz they're engaged"
"Wow"
"Yeah I know . It sucks"
"I bet"
After a few hours of talking and laughing you both ended up outside at the back of the club. It was really loud and you had a headache, Alex took a cigarette out of his pocket , lit it then took a drag.
Omg he's so good looking, you couldn't help but stare at him.
"Why do you keep looking at me like that?" He said
"Umm I don't know I think your quite attractive" *oh my god why did I just say that*
"Uh oh your not so bad yourself" he winked and you blushed.
"You've gone red"
"No I haven't" you both laughed together.
"Hey, um would you like to meet up again sometime?"
"Yeah that would be great!"
"Here's my number save it so I know I've got it and I'll text you tonight"
"Thanks"
"I'm gonna go home it's getting late do want a lift?"
"Yeah if you don't mind but I really don't want to bother you"
"No it's fine jump in"
