This story is an homage/parody of the video game series Sonic the Hedgehog. As such, it all takes place on an alternate Earth -- better known as Immobi. This wicked wild world is home to a variety of anthropomorphic animals, including two 19-year-olds in particular. There's the good-sported, itchy-footed, and quick-witted Umeme Cheetah. Then there's the cocky, carefree, and foolhardy Radi O. Peregrine. The cat and bird are best buds who not only share a brotherly bond, but a need for speed as well. Hence their names (translated in Swahili) these two Immobians wield the power of electrokinesis. Pretty self-explanatory, but they're able to generate high amounts of electricity within their bodies -- allowing them to perform various tricks and techniques. The most prominent being to move at literal lightning speed, as our duo race across the vast African continent -- if not beyond -- in search of thrill and danger. Be it open plains, dense jungles, scorching deserts, or etc. etc. -- these sparking speedsters will certainly be there in a flash. Throughout their adventures, Umeme and Radi will come across various characters -- both friend and foe alike. With their most frequent foes being monstrous entities known as Nightmares. Created from a currently anonymous source, each kind varies from shape and size -- yet shares a common goal to wreak total chaos. While these Nightmares are determined to do so wherever they go, both cheetah and peregrine are determined to stop them in their tracks. So don't blink -- 'cuz if you ever see two streaks speed by, you can bet one hell of a storm's a brewin'.

If you'd told Y/N a year ago that she'd be spending the rest of high school in a city where people ate beans for breakfast unironically, she would've laughed and then probably cried. However, you only need one interaction to make an impression, and the consequences that follow are inevitable. Sentiments, circumstances, and affairs are dredged by time but are not lost to them. This is one of those events. To̅mi made a choice that is coming back to haunt her, a friend who attempted to follow in her footsteps now faces the ultimate peril. With the progression of human society and the emergence of an ever-growing number of metahumans, there is unrest building in the vampire world; the struggle to remain hidden and striking from the shadows when they need to feed is becoming an increasing hassle, which they do not fancy. The two factions of the vampire society see different prospects as solutions. The Drucules, who already loathe the human race, wish to launch a preemptive strike on the human race in an effort to reduce its population. The Alucadians, more tolerant of humans, wish to emerge from the shadows with knowledge that could steer humanity into a lulling peace that would allow vampires alternatives to violence to obtain sustenance. Despite this, there is infighting within the vampire society that would see a civil war come about, infighting that seems to be fueled by a saboteur if anyone would care to observe events for more than two seconds. In the middle are Shade & Plasmasonic; their relationship could be on the line if the mystery behind this chaos is not uncovered. *Shade & Plasmasonic are illustrated by MarloMora. A new farmer has just moved to the small, confined place called Pelican Town. It's not often new people come here, why would they? Sebastian, an introverted smoker, can't wrap his head around it. Maybe it makes him curious for once. Maybe it opens his eyes.

Strange electrical storms ripple across the sky as Cuphead, Shovel Knight, The Knight, Madeline, The Beheaded, The Drifter, Niko, and V1 awaken in a warped town frozen between timelines. Neon lights flicker. Arcade machines hum without power. The air feels wrong, like something unseen is watching them from the dark.

Boris Myizonos, a young boy who attends school as a normal everyday human, but at night, he becomes Jack The Reaper, the world's most wanted thief, hunted by all. Boris is known as an ability user, he has the ability to create black holes, however, he can't control it, leaving him afraid of his own abilities. This as a backlash, makes it so that he can't touch anyone, for anyone that touches him gets their life sucked out of them and dies. Ability users are very rare in this world, however, people fear what they don't understand, so they treat people with such abilities as animals, a separate species that have lower rights. Boris acts as the hero on the ability side of the world and the villain on the humans side, yet, he follows both sides as he believes that everyone has the right to live. Boris' overall goal is to steal from the rich and give it back to the poor/ability users in similar positions as he was before being adopted into a wealthy family, all while trying to keep everyone safe from his past mistakes.
