So I have not shifted yet but I had a really close experience. So I was doing the raven method and I was close to 60 something I smelled cupcakes because I scripted that when I shift I will smell that. I felt like I was leaving my body. But then my bitch ass friend kept yelling over the phone. And I could not concentrate anymore then when I look at my phone there was momo bitch I was deAd when I saw that. I had many more attempts but those did not work. I will update later tonight...
