a hand cold on my neck, another one warm in mine
to whom these hands belong to, i've long forgotten
i'll let you lay rest your palms where you see fit

an arm slung around my throat, another one gentle on my waist
to whom these arms belong to, is what i'm trying to find out

a body next to mine and a body that isn't
i feel like i've figured out what belongs to who
i genuinely wish i could grab hold of only them
i'll quietly leave for now, this is me finally telling you
go.
