Nanel's POV
Airenel and I were walking around in the garden. "So, are you planning to stay here or head off again?" Airenel asked. "I think I like it here, I'll stay." I replied. She smiled. "and what about you and Legolas?" She asked again. "Airenel, stop it!" I giggled. "What? Tell me!" She pushed me lightly. "Fine. I'm in love with him." I said quietly.
Legolas's POV
"Hey" I heard Nanel's voice behind me. "What are you doing out here? I'm on duty." I said looking around so no one would see her out here. "Your father told me to train with you." she answered smiling. "oh, well follow me" I said starting to walk towards the forest. She followed me.
We reached the part of the forest where I always trained. I stopped. I disappeared, she looked around pulling her sword out. "Legolas?" She yelled in fear.
Nanel's POV
Where did he go?! I was scared. Maybe something took him? Or maybe he is just playing. "Legolas!!" I yelled again. I looked around for him or anything. I was taking deep breaths. I was holding my sword out in front of me ready to defend myself. He jumped out at me swinging his sword. I blocked. We swung ours swords one at a time and we both blocked each time.
We fought many times. I swung my sword ant him and approached him at the same time he blocked and held my other hand. Our faces were really close to each other. We stared into each other's eyes. He let go and said "Good, You did good." I smiled. We headed back to the Palace. It was dark outside. I saw Lord Thranduil and Airenel standing outside together and staring at us, smiling. We approached them. "Where have you two lovebirds been?" Airenel asked. "Stop it" I whispered and walked passed her, into the Palace.
