Whenever you feel, Whatever you feel, don't bottle it up. Let it all out. Feeling various emotions isn't necessarily a bad thing. It just makes you human. Bottling it up will harm you. You will feel a hole in the place where your emotions once were. Where your heart was. You'll be left with numb hollowness.
So, let it out. Laugh loud when something is funny. Cry when your heart craves it. Be angry when something doesn't sit right with you. Let your heart out in the open.
