       The day just started, as I opened my eyes trying to rub away my sleep. I noticed my mom moving the curtains open when I looked to the right where she was standing with a smile on her face. "Good morning, sweetie! Come eat? I've prepared your favorite; chocolate chips on pancakes."

I greeted her back before answering "mhm, ill be down in a minute."

I

went down to the dining room, after I fixing my bed, and greeted everyone a good morning in my morning tone. My brother, however, greeted me with a middle finger as I took the chair in front of him, grabbing a plate with pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs on the side.

I'm not a morning person so let's just get this over with....

After I got ready for school with an eggshell color quarter zip sweater and a pair of pants, then matching my top with a white sneakers, my mom took me to school since our driver is sick, and he wouldn't be able to.

I kissed my mom on her cheek goodbye and stepped down off the car. Just as I closed the door, I saw Lilia waving her hand, shouting at me, while people are looking judgementally at the both of us. I waved back at her and signalled her to wait, so I can check my stuff.

"Hi, Lilia!" I addressed to my friend.

"Hello! OMG! I need to tell you something on lunch time!!" she excitingly said.

"Me too, but we gotta hurry before we get late for class."

Me and my friends; including my bestfriend Lilia, were just talking, since we have a free period.

Summer break is near, so the teachers were probably rushing everything before entering our time away from school for a couple of months.

//LUNCH TIME//

Lilia and I were at our spot; the rooftop of our school; just me and her, almost all of the time. The other students dont usually come up here, that's  why it's easier for us to talk shit about everyone.

We were eating our foods, as I remembered she told me she needs to tell me something. "Hey, so what were you planning to say earlier?"

"what do u mean, what wa- ohhh ok," she said, realizing. "I auditioned yesterday for Stranger Things 'cause they were looking for new characters for the upcoming season, that's it" she said nodding her head.

"What!? I did too!?"

"Really?!? Let's say what character we audtioned for together. Yeah?"she suggested and I nodded.

"1.2..3..go," we both counted down together.
"SEVEN!!!" we said together and looked at each other by surprise, as if, not knowing what to say next.
