"Bestie" I smiled up at Jimmy, giggling as he locked his arms around me. "How are you?"

"I'm good, BFFL. How are you?" he chuckled as I smirked, pulling from the hug.

"Not bad. It's good to see you."

"You too."

"It's good to see you back on the music scene."

"Yep, I can't leave it for long" he chuckled. I glanced down as arms locked around both my legs, the smile on my face just widening at Ayla and Kyra. Jimmy slowly followed my eyeline and sunk down to his knees.

"And who are you beautiful ladies?" Ayla lightly giggled.

"I Ayla" she spoke, removing one arm from around my leg.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Princess Ayla" he held out his hand and she giggled as she placed her hand in his and he lightly shook it. His attention then turned to Kyra who had slowly moved herself from behind my leg, her grip was still tight around my legs though. "And, what's your name, Sweetheart?"

"That Kyra" Ayla spoke for her. I couldn't help but to chuckle.

"Hi Princess Kyra" she just nuzzled her face more into my leg but I could tell that she was smiling.

"You don't need to be shy, Angel" I ran my fingers gently through her hair. She pulled her face from my leg and glanced up at me with a giggle. "You going to shake Jimmy's hand, Baby?" she dropped her head onto my leg and glanced to Jimmy who held out his hand. She pouted, holding her hand out. He dramatically shook it which got a loud giggle out of her.

"You both look so much like your mommy" I lightly blushed as he smiled up at me. He pushed himself to stand once he'd removed his hand from Kyra's. "Before we get started, is there anything you don't want to talk about? I don't want to make you uncomfortable at all" I sent him a grateful smile.

"Everyone pretty much knows everything so I don't think so" he nodded and gave me a smile.

"I'll meet you out there."

-

"Everyone please welcome two-time Grammy winner, and my ultimate BFFL, Demi Lovato" I giggled as I stepped out onto the stage, waving at the crowd as I headed towards the couch, giving Jimmy a hug before I settled down. "Welcome to the show. You haven't been here in a while. I'm deeply hurt" I giggled as he pouted, dramatically wiping at his cheek.

"You know I love you, Jimmy" he lightly chuckled.

"How have you been since we last saw you?"

"I've been good, running around after two toddlers can be very stressful though."

"I had the pleasure of meeting your two gorgeous little girls earlier" he pulled a photo from under his table and the smile on my face just widened. It was a photo I took around a year ago, Ayla and Kyra were laid on the floor, giggling to themselves, and I had to capture the moment. "How old are they both now?"

"Ayla is three and Kyra will be two next month."

"And do they get along with each other?"

"Not all the time. There are days where Ayla can't stand Kyra" Jimmy and the crowd lightly chuckled. "I cherish the moments that they get along."

"Now, let's talk about the rock on your finger" I giggled, my cheeks burning as I played with my engagement ring. "Was the proposal romantic?" I nodded, the smile on my face widening.

"It was. He proposed on Christmas Day. I don't want to go into too much detail as I want to keep it private but I was very surprised and I'm very happy."

"Have you set a date yet?"

"Yep. We're getting married in July."

"So, the planning is well underway then?"

"I'm one step closer to finding my perfect dress."

"I'm so happy for you, Dem" the smile on my face widened.

"Thank you."

"Stay tuned for more on Lovato's new music adventure and a surprise performance from the legend herself" I rolled my eyes and giggled at Jimmy's smirk.

"And cut..."

"Mommy" the audience all awed as Ayla ran towards me, Kyra following along behind her.

"Hi Peanut" she climbed up onto the couch beside me and I pulled Kyra onto my lap, nuzzling my face into her neck causing her to squeal. I could hear members of the audience talking about how cute they were and my heart just filled with love for my little babies.

-

"Goodnight, my Beautiful Girls. I love you both so much" I gave them both a kiss before I headed from the room. I left the door open slightly in case they needed me during the night. I headed into the main bedroom and towards my half unpacked suitcase. I grabbed out Kobe's shirt that I threw in there without his knowing. I smiled as I smelt it, stripping from my clothes and throwing the shirt over my head. I dove for my phone as it began to vibrate on the nightstand, the smile on my face just growing at the caller ID of the FaceTime request. "Hi Baby" I dropped down onto the bed and beamed.

"Hi Beautiful" my heart fluttered. "Is that my shirt?" I glanced down, biting down on my lower lip.

"It smells of you" he lightly chuckled.

"And now it'll smell of you."

"That makes it mine now then" he rolled his eyes as I giggled.

"How are you, Baby?"

"I miss you so much."

"I miss you too, DemDem" I lightly rolled my eyes at the nickname. "The house is too quiet without you and the girls."

"And this bed is too cold without you" his mouth twitched.

"8 days, Baby."

"It's too long, Kobe."

"It'll fly by, Beautiful" I nodded, glancing down at my lap as I began to play with the hem of the shirt. "How was your day anyway? I want to hear about what my girls have been up too?" Kobe and I spent hours just talking to each other until I fell asleep. These 8 days better fly by.
