Only a couple of moments later Elizabeth, johns wife, knocked on his office door and peeked in
"Hun there's someone at the door for you uh- Mr. Gary peters, I can tell him you're not home if you'd like?" she said sweetly.
"No, tell him I'll be out in a moment," John said sounding nervous.
"Okay, is everything alright Hunny you seem sweaty?"
"YES EVERYTHING IS FINE" he snapped at her, she simply just closed the door and walked away, she was used to this treatment from her husband, its been like this since Gary stepped into the senate race.
Meanwhile, John is freaking out and looking in the mirror 'should I change into something else to see him? How do I look? God, I'm pathetic, of course, he would make me feel this way. So silly'
He thought otherwise and walked into the living room where John saw him, he was sitting on the couch chatting with john's wife, any man would be defensive and angry at Gary for talking with his wife, but not James, James is jealous of his own wife.
