Elektra was not to tell anyone what she had found out. After all, it wasn't her secret to tell. Not even Jada would know the content of the unsent letter. What she could know however was the content of her mother's letter that Dumbledore had given to El that was still folded away in her pocket.
My darling daughter, Elektra.
I am not sure if this diary will ever reach you. If it does, then what I fear might happen to you, has already begun. I hold too much guilt that my too curious for my own self has inflicted whatever this power is, into you when your father and I had met. I couldn't let anyone know. I was scared they would treat me as insane or dangerous and throw me away. Why I had kept it from everyone was purely because you were already growing when I had touched the energy. You were with me, Elektra. For that, I am forever sorry. If they knew when you were born they would've taken you away and done Merlin knows what. I was careless and young. I thought nothing would hurt me, until the thought that you might be a born carrier of this power came into my thoughts. But all I can do now is offer my help from beyond the grave. I know here in this moment that I will not survive this. It's coursing through my veins like a fire and it hurts. My darling, I do not have long left. I am praying that I'm taking all of the pain away from you as you grow inside of me. The only method to control it I have found is imagining your most happy thoughts. Sort of like a Patronus Charm, if you know what that is. Whenever you feel angry or upset and your heartbeat begins to race, step out of that thought and make yourself feel happy and whole again. You have to force it, Elektra. Don't let it win.
My darling, I love you more than words can say. You were quite the pleasant surprise when I had found out I was having you. I hadn't kept in touch with your father, Sirius Black, throughout my pregnancy but just recently he has come back into our lives to help me through this torment. He does not know the truth, he thinks it's the pregnancy taking its toll. He was most certainly just as shocked as I was, but I hope he has done a tremendous job at raising you just as he is at looking after me in, what I believe to be, my little days left. Your grandmother Elektra, was the bravest woman I knew and so that's the name you will be given. It means to shine bright. If there's one thing you should know about me, let it be that I will never leave your side, Elektra. I will always be with you every step of the way.
I love you more than words can say.
Your mother, Celeste.Jada let out a deep shaky breath, the letter gently resting next to her on her bed. "Poor woman." She whispered, wiping a tear from her cheek. "If this isn't proof that we shouldn't be as curious as we are, then I don't know what is." El admitted, picking up her wand and performing "Leviosa" as the letter came flying her way. She folded it up again and put it in an old scrapbook of all her photographs from over the year. It was the safest place for it. She had spent the night after being with Remus, tucked away in her bed, rereading every single word on the sheet. Crying silently at the love that was spilled onto the parchment, trying her best to not wake Hermione and Jada up. She was all out of tears when the morning sun had arrived!
"She went through suffering and pain, purely to make sure that you had a good life ahead of you. That's one heck of a woman." Jada leaned back into her bed, looking up at the roof of the bed frame slowly taking in everything. El smiled to herself knowing she had, what felt like, the best mother in the world. "They should teach more dangerous artefacts in Defence class. I never knew it even existed for starters, let alone it went missing. If my mother had known, she wouldn't have worn it." El sadly mumbled, glancing around her room to where Newt was. "I wonder who stole it... maybe they didn't let on incase it ended up in the hands of you-know-who!" Jada thought aloud, her head clearly racing with thought after thought.
