Larry Butz is an average man who wore a white graphic shirt paired with an orange jacket. He wore black dress pants that were too short with brown sneakers. He wasn't anyone special, and he was okay with that. He was just on his way outside of a building when..

"YOU THERE!!"

Green was pointing directly at Larry.

"Whuh?"
"What do you do??"

Larry realized that Green was, in fact, talking to him.

"Uh... I.... I draw!"
"...Oh, really?"
Y-yes.

Suddenly, another man pulled up.
This man was Mr. H. He was a very powerful man who wouldn't take "no" for an answer. He often felt he was entitled and always wanted to get his way. Mr. H was never seen without his red suit with black accents, complete with signature black sunglasses.

He seemed to be on the phone when he got back.
"..tired of people who just SHOW UP and DEMAND people bring them what they want!"
"Who the hell are you?" Larry inquired?
"Oh, don't mind me," H responded.
"I am minding you. I was in the middle of a conversation with that green guy before you just waltzed in like that all of a sudden!"
"Well now I'M talking to him!" H said before marching right up to Green.

Green was just sort of standing there, seemingly in some sort of daze. Larry stared at Green, waiting for him to say something.

Green snapped out of it.
"...What?"
"You asked me a question, I responded, and then this guy..." Larry gestured towards H. "...showed up."
"...Oh..."
"So, uh, what happens now...?" Larry inquired.
"Uhhh...... Well, I was kinda hoping more than two people would arrive..."
"Most people are inside." Larry explained. "But, there are two people over there!" He pointed to a random couple walking down the road, holding hands..
"...Why can't they be over here??"
"I don't know... Why do they need to be over here?"
"...Well I came here for entertainment."
"We have TV."
"Tee.... vee??"
"Watch TV if you want entertainment."

After listening to this interaction, H was finally ready to confront Green.
"You do know what TV i-" Larry was cut off.
"Listen here, Green." Mr. H began.
"Who do you think you are telling people to give you valuables? You are in NO position to demand ANYTHING! You didn't even ask politely! You can't just come here and act like you're some god!"
"I- God??" Green had no idea what a god was. "Nevermind that, I'm new here! I assumed that that's how people greet each other everywhere!"
"No one does that." H explained.
"Yeah, we usually do handshakes or something." Larry butted in.
"Hand....shakes?"
"Excuse me, Mr... Green? Was it? Just WHO do you think you are?"
"...I'm Green."

This made H really mad, as he had no idea that Green was really this clueless. H had assumed that Green was avoiding questions to piss him off.
Suddenly, a short man with a beanie and heavy beard walked over. He had a knife. The man was very angry. He had tried to stab Green. Unfortunately, Green was too thin, so he missed.

"Sorry, H, but I'm not exactly from here."
It was at this time when Green took notice of the short, armed man. An obnoxious loud bass sound term came from from Green as he reduced the man into nothing but a mess of flat, two-dimensional pixels, which eventually faded away.

It possessed the ability to revive anyone who has died, and was a very useful tool. Recovery was not a fun process, but the members of Cyber City could breathe easier knowing that if they died, they would come back good as new. Sometimes, doctors would even use it to cure people who had been cursed with irreversible illnesses, as opposed to having them die slowly and painfully.
This means that the armed man wasn't actually dead, and was revived.
