Just me coming up with headcanons after they should have already been
So when george go bridge jump they dont find his note anywhere. When sam finally thinks king can be on his own he sends him home. King still being depressed gets into the knife drawer and that's where he finds George's note telling him he's sorry and not to do anything harmful to himself.
