My body: c'mon, let's go back to drinking no water

Me: NO, I need to drink water if I want to stay healthy

My body: well um… we could try actually eating too then, cause like, I'm really sick of only drinking protein shakes in the morning then not eating until dinner

Me: I'm trying! I'm also trying to lose weight…

My brain: if you want to lose weight then we should eat less :D
