Quirk: cat laser
Quirk Type: emitter
Quirk Description: the user can emit a laser from their finger and make it go onto walls like a cat laser, people who look at the laser (it's hard not to) will feel the need to follow it, and they will. They will follow it off a bridge if that's where it leads.
Quirk Drawbacks: after about 15-30 seconds of use, the user's finger is severely burned. there's a 30 minute cooldown between each use.
