Quirk Description: the user can turn any sound into a ball and throw it, then can explode it into a much louder version of the sound turned into a ball.
Quirk Drawbacks: using it too much can make user go deaf temporarily or even permanently. user can only create sound balls that can fit in their hand (meaning there's a limit to how much/loud the sound can be)
Miscellaneous Info: honestly a good combo with present mic

From the Depths Charge - when the user is around a lot of sound, the user creates a bunch of sound balls and throws them.
