They appear to be in a locker room when stiles who is breathing heavily and Lydia walk into the room.

"Is he having a-" Bonnie starts to say

"Panic Attack?" Caroline said

Stiles fell not being able to breath into the ground leaning against the lockers as Lydia crouched down to him.

"Think of anything, anything else." She said

"Like what?" He asked

"Happy things. Good things. Friends. Family" she said the last one making him look up at her with a weird expression. "Oh not family uhhh"

"Oh god ok uh. Just try to translate your breathing." She said

"I can't. I can't. I can't breath" he whimpers

"Shhh shhhh stiles look at me" she said grabbing his face rubbing her fingers against his cheeks. "Shhhhhh look at me. Shh stiles." And then makes a decision that changes her life.

She kissed him

Klaus let out a growl seeing his daughter kiss the boy as Kol and Rebekah break out into laughter seeing the anger on there brothers face.

The look in the boys eyes showed that he was surprised but he started to calm down.

After a minute or two they pulled away and it showed that the boy was no longer having a panic attack.

"Wh-how did you do that?" He said looking her in the eyes.

"I uh read some where that holding your breath stops a panic attack" she lied

"No it doesn't" Elijah said

"So when I kissed you uh you held your breath" she said still looking him in the eyes.

"I did" he said

"Yah you did"she said

"Thanks" he said still looking her in the eyes

"Oh my god the eye contact!!!!" Rebekah screeched.

"That was really smart." He said turning his head kinda like a puppy

"I just I don't know I read it some where." She said sitting in front of him.

"And if I was really smart I'd uh tell you to sign up for a few sessions with the guidance counselor." She said and they both let out a light laugh.

And they were sent to the next vision.

They seem to be in a house a house when a few boys walk in carrying Stiles?

"What the hell?" Elena said

"The couch" Scott says as they then put stiles on the couch.

"Guys this is crazy he needs to be in a hospital" Melissa said being the doctor that she is.

"Mom you remember what happened last time he went to the hospital." Scott said

"Wait what happened I'm confused" Hayley said

"It doesn't look like he's bleeding. I think he might even be healing." Deaton said

"You mean healing like we do" Aiden said

"That good right?" Scott asked

"For him yes. Us? I'm not so sure" Deaton said

"Well If we aren't gonna kill him why don't we tie him down with really big chains" Aiden said

"Kill him?" Landon said

"I actually might have something more affective" Deaton said opening his bag.

He looks at both the boys and they go up to stiles holding him down while Aiden opens his mouth.

Deaton puts it in his mouth and Stiles jumps open awake wrapping his hand around Aidens throat holding hard with an evil look on his face.

"Get him off me" Aiden said trying to get out of stiles hold.

"Jesus" Damon said

Stiles randomly let's go sending Aiden flying back as he looks at his hand getting weaker as he seems to get paralyzed.

"Kanima Venom nice touch" Stiles said

Aiden let's out a roar starting to go toward him until stiles says something.

"You know they say that twins have the ability to fell what the other ones in pain, you didn't lose that now to did you oh I hope not cause your gonna need it. Ok I'll give a little hint Ethans at the school." Stiles says making Aiden get a scared look.

"Go" Scott says to Aiden as he runs out.

Stiles starts laughing as he watches him runs out then turned to the others.

"Oh I hope he gets there in time. I like the twins. Short tempers. Homicidal Compulsions. There a lot more fun then you Bokomono trying to save the world every day." Stiles says.

"When did he get Evil?" Stefen said

"Doc you brought something to paralyze his body got something for his mouth?" Melissa asked

"Yes I do" he said pulling out duck tape before putting it over his mouth.

Stiles then yells in anger behind the tape

Time skippppppp

Melissa starts fixing his wound as he starts crying so she pulls off the tape. And then he immediately stops.

"Really Melissa i shed one tear and that's all it takes. Come on now you can't crumble that easily. How are you gonna hold up when Scott knows the truth" he says

"What?" Melissa says looking up at him

"When he finds out why his dad really left. You know he over heard it right. You had no idea." Stiles says

"What's he talking about" Landon said

"You called Stilinski right after it happened. You didn't tell Scott but you told the Sheriff. And stiles heard it like he hears everything." Stiles said

"Wait isn't he stiles?" Davina asked

"But do you wanna know why he never told Scott. Because he knew that Scott would never forgive you. And he knew how much he would hate you." He says

"This isn't you stiles" she says

"It is now."

And she angerly puts the tape back on his mouth.
