Murphy Bashir wasn't even supposed to be in the hotel that day, but he was.
The fact that he had rebar in his shoulder turned out to be the worst and best thing that could've happened to him, without that rebar he would never have found out he had Breast Cancer. Murphy never even knew men could get breast cancer but he discovered he had stage four, he could get treatment but it would only prolong the inevitable.
To say thanks Murphy decides to bake his best cookies and give it to the station that saved him, he specifically asks for the one who directly helped him, Buck.
