3rd Person POV
Monty sat at the top of a very large sacred tree he had found in the middle of the woods, He was watching the beautiful sunset go down. He was actually thinking of a certain person
Monty's POV
Do you ever feel your face heat up whenever a certain person is mentioned? Like the person you love? Well.. That's what i always feel like around Mori or when they're mentioned.. They were kind when near me and they're also very smart! I mean.. Cassadaya is very smart! but.. Mori is much more smart.. No offense to my beloved sister!
I sometimes wonder if Mori even likes me the way i like them.. I was planning on confessing to them today and im pretty worried if they'll even come or if they even like me the way i like them.. Wait.. Monty what are you thinking?! Of course they like you! Have some confidence dude! But.. Still.. What if they just reject me and this will be the cause of our friendship getting ruined?!
"Hey Monty"I heard the blunt voice of Mori greet, I looked over to see them standing beside me "Oh you came! Hi Mori!" I smiled "So why did you want to meet up here? Did something happen?" Mori's blunt voice had a bit of worry in them "Nothing's wrong! I uh.. Just need help" Mori sat down beside me
"Sure, What do you need help with?" Mori had a hint of curiosity, worry and confusion in they're voice "I like this certain someone and i need help on planning to confess to them"
Mori's POV
My heart broke into a million pieces.. Monty.. likes somebody else?.. I stayed silent for a bit before taking a deep breath and looking back at Monty, Luckily i have a mask to hide my expression since Monty found a skill where he could tell what the person is feeling from they're facial expressions
"Oh? Who is it?" Monty stayed silent "The name would have to be unknown for awhile.. Do you have any confession tips though..?" He looked very nervous and his face was already heating up and i could tell that he loves this person very much that his face heats up when they're mentioned
"Hmm.. Well.. Confess in a place that they love to be in or is they're safe or calm space, decorate it for abit and the important part is that you confess to them" I explained as Monty smiled "Thanks Mori! Its a huge help since I don't really have that much confidence on myself whenever it comes to confessions" He smiled as he awkwardly chuckled
I let out a giggle at his cute awkwardness "Well, I've got to get going and decorate that place now. Bye Mori!" He jumped off the tree as i waved at him "Bye Monty!" He dissapeared into the dark woods as i stayed silent
I decided to stay here for a bit as i looked over at the direction of the moon since it was already night time, I had very big hopes didn't i?.. I was hoping that Monty likes me back but.. guess i was wrong.. He likes somebody else and im okay with it

No im not.. Im not okay with it.. I like him but he doesn't like me the same i do.. I have to understand that.. "Hey Mori" I looked over to my side to see Cassadaya standing beside me "Oh hey"I greeted in my normal blunt voice
"Well looks like somebody's sad today"She sat down beside me as i shook my head "Im not sad!" She sighed "Well alright then.. Oh and by the way, Monty told me to come and get you to the secret place so come on" She jumped down as i followed
We were getting near to a river place near Devil's Tounge that was actually my favorite place, Never seen a person there but they probably come whenever im not there. Cassadaya walked away from me as i looked at her direction confused
I was going to follow her but she went back to me stopping me "No, Go walk to the river place and continue til you see Monty alright?"I looked at her confused but nodded and continued to walk towards the river place while she walks to the other direction
I walked towards there as i heard the comforting splashes of water hitting the rocks of the river getting louder and louder, fireflies surrounded me as i couldn't help but smile "Mori! There you are!" I heard Monty yell for me as i looked around for the person he was going to confess to as i walked towards him
"So why did you call me here? Isn't this the confession place?" I asked tilting my head in confusion, the place had light purple, magenta and black fairy lights hanging around, That's interesting this person has the same favorite colors as me. I heard Monty chuckle as i look at him confused
"It is Mori and im going to be confessing to them right now" He smiled as i looked around for any other person but the only person i spot was Cassadaya sitting at the top of the tree watching us "But where are they?" I asked
He sighed as he still kept the smile
"Im looking at them right now Mori.." I looked around again before looking over at Monty to see that he was staring at me "Wait.. What?.."I looked at him confused "Mori.. This secret person was you.." My eyes widened as i feel my face heat up
"W..What?.. Me?.." I stuttered out "Yes.. You, I like you.." I stayed silent before hugging him as Monty looked at me with a shocked expression at the words i had said "I.. Like you too Monty.." He smiled at me as i push my mask up to reveal my lips but not showing my full face as we kissed
I felt like time had stopped.. I didn't want this moment to stop.. But sad thing is that we have to breath.. Even so.. This moment will still live in my heart.. I'll forever remember this magical moment..
