Gon's POV
The Amy and the other guy came over to sit with Killua and I. The Blue haired boy was just staring at Killua for some random reason. Maybe the two of them are getting along. I looked down at my sushi and picked it up when there was this boy with brown hair called for Killua and I. I looked up and it was... Zushi! We haven't met for ages.
"Hey Gon, Hi Killua!" He spoke.
"Hi Zushi! It's been awhile!" I greeted. It was silent for a bit and Zushi bowed down to finish the conversation and left. I guess things get awkward when we don't see each other after some time. I hope that doesn't happen to my dad and I.
I looked at the blue haired guy. He looks so friendly! Killua is gonna love him for sure. "Oh, my names Ron. Sorry, That felt a bit rude." Ron introduced himself. I think he caught me staring at him. He had a nice name. Then I noticed that Killua hasn't been speaking, looking at me or nudging my rib. I wonder what's going on in that cat brain if his.
Killua's POV
Gon hasn't noticed me the whole entire time. I started to feel left out. So I secretly took out my iphone with a pink case. Maybe... I thought.
If I show that I like men, then Gon will realise and I won't have to tell him! I put on my 'purple' earphones and played music.
But the thing was, Ron didn't notice me. He ran to her other friends who were calling for him and Gon was talking to Amy. No one noticed me. Gon didn't look at me. I felt jealous and grinded my teeth when Amy leaned closer to Gon to whisper something in his ear. I got off from the bench. I decided to have lunch in the classroom instead. I was about to cry when Mr Wing entered the classroom looking at me with shock. I rubbed off my tears and looked up smiling at Mr Wing showing him that I was alright. (But I wasn't)
A sudden question popped out of the blue. "Mr. Wing?" I asked the teacher.
"Yes, Killua?" Mr. Wing pulled up his glasses
"How come you're not at heaven's arena?"
Mr. Wing looked at me. It shouldn't be shocking since it was the last time they met. "Zushi has a,ready made it to the very top. So I decided to let him be a school council and be the teacher's helper in nen."
"Kinda like a teachers pet." I teased.
"Whatever..." Mr Wong rolled his eyes.
Narrator
It was finally the end of high school and as Gon waved goodbye to Amy. Kurapika and Leorio looked at Gon with a surprised face. "Made a new friend already?" Kurapika asked.
"You bet I did Kurapika!" Gon answered. Killua just felt like crying more so he pulled up his collar to wipe and hide the tears.
"Is she pretty?" Leorio asked.
"LEORIO HOW COULD YOU! WE'VE BEEN DATING FOR 6 MONTHS!" Kurapika shouted.
"Says you, blonde boy! You couldn't even make friends on the first day of high school." Leorio snapped.
"You dunce, I made friends with Gon on the hunter exam!"
"Is it me, or does Kurapika and Leorio behave like a married old couple?" Gon asked the fluffy haired boy next to him.
When they arrived at the hotel, Kurapika and Leorio were already dunkin' on the couch turning on the remote and watching TV. Gon immediately went to his bed of two😏, and went to his phone to text Amy. Killua just sat on the chair in the kitchen and looked at his phone listening to sad songs. Illumi was texting Killua to see how his day has been. He was trying to make Killua come back home.
Killua's POV
That asshole Amy. I wish I could kill her. But Gon will never like me anymore. I'm worthless...Gon doesn't like me romantically. He likes someone else. I then saw Kurapika sleeping on Leorio. Leorio looked so calm and was feeling drowsy. I walked into the room where Gon was still texting Amy on the phone.
How did they get each others contacts in one day? I flopped on the bed for Gon's attention. "Hey, what's up Killua?" Gon asked. I answered with a sleepy mourn. Gon pat me on the back and pulled up the covers on me. He turned off the lights for me and I tried to fall asleep but Gon was still on the phone.
He stopped looking at the phone, put it on the bedside table and hugged me to sleep. My face grew bright red. Luckily he couldn't see it. But he could feel my temperature.
A/N: If you read this since 2020, I changed Ruby's gender because I didn't like the fact that girls are always ruining the life of boys getting together. (Just my opinion, don' worry). Hope that doesn't bother you. ✌️😗
