Princess in a tower,
I know the things you feel
Hopeless and without power
But with time those wounds will heal
You are-
battered, bruised and brooding as you write your lonely letter
My princess in a tower
I swear that it gets better
They will only watch as you begin to flower
And chuckle as you bleed
Oh, Princess in a tower,
It's your turn, take the lead
Note:
Quarantine made me melodramatic, but it also made me write (which I had not done in a long time). This poem is one of my firsts in a long time, so yeah, it's not very good, so please be kind.
