I'm His Property Whether I Like It Or Not

Chapter Eight

"Is she awake?!"

"You killed her Chris!" 

"I didn't, AMY! WAKE UP AMY!" 

"how can you do something like that, she loved you!" 

"Amy? Amy please wake up, for Stephanie please wake up." 

I have been sleeping for almost 8 months now. I could hear people around me yelling and crying. The pain inside of me was so strong that I wanted to scream to let people know. There was a sound of a hospital machine next to me. The people just kept speaking and yelling next to me but I didn't have the strength to open my eyes. In that quick moment I felt a glass touch my lips, the smell of the liquid inside made me crazy inside, I drank up slowly. The pain was leaving but I still didn't have strenght to see what they were giving me. The glass was pulled away and my head rolled to the side. My body was in so much pain as if someone threw me into a brick wall, I only felt good while drinking the liquid that they gave me. 

I slowly opened my eyes and noticed that I was in my bedroom but a machine was connected to my hand. I looked around my bedroom to see my posters, I wasn't in the castle, I was in my home. I quickly felt a banging in my head, I let out a scream. That my mother came in running. She wasn't pregnant anymore. She looked at me worried and was patting my forehead with a wet towel 

"Mommy, what happened?" 

"You got really sick honey." 

"I feel as if I was away from everybody for a long time."

She cried and looked down at my hand and I looked down, there was a new charm on my bracelet, it was of a V. I looked at her and she was crying. 

"I didn't know sweetie." 

"Didn't know what?" 

She took a mirror and handed it to me, my eyes were dark red and my hair looked more lifeful. I gasped at my image, I was so pale and my lips were kind of purple. I took a wince at my neck and was shock at what was there, teeth marks, clearly healing but was visble. 

"Honey, they changed you into them. 9 months ago, Christopher bit into your neck and you didn't take it so well, you refused to drink any red liquid that first month which made you zone off. They brought you over here and told me what happened. I called the hospital to put you up in a machine to see if your heart keeps beating. For 8 months, your heart wasn't beating but I refused to take it off. Stephanie gave you some of the red liquid saying that she knew you was alive. Once you drank it, the machine started beeping again." 

   Chris had changed me like I told him too, but had left me with my mother just so I can get better here. I looked around and didn't see him even watching me. 

"Where is he?" 

She looked sad when I said this "very sick also." 

"What happened?!" 

"Chester and Lisa said that when you zoned off, he became sick, that's all." 

"Oh my god. Where's Stephanie mom?" 

"In her bedroom." 

"Go get her." 

She walked out by the second and in came Stephanie, she looked so different now, I was wondering if they had changed her also. But when she came in she still was tan and had her hazel eyes. She sat next to me and smiled. 

"You're still human right Stephanie?" 

She laughed "of course, Lucas said he wanted to change me at 13 though"
