Chapter 63: Still Not The End

I am now the Queen of Beryllion. I have the throne and crown, and I am now carrying our Kingdom as my responsibility. I am so honored.

The weather was heavy as well as my chest. I felt like having tons of loads in my back, I felt like having greater responsibilities aside from my duties being the Queen of Beryllion. The throne and crown was finally placed unexpectedly in my head, and I had no idea it would be passed to me. I never imagined myself being the Queen and taking the crown nor aiming the throne. But I always put in my mind Beryllion's safety, sake, everything for Beryllion.

Leaving greater power and capabilities of holding the world behind and choosing to rule a simple kingdom in peace and serenity. But beyond my limits, I know Beryllion isn't just my responsibility but also the entire land of Beryllus. I am being attacked by aching nightmares, and it's not just in the forest of Nightmare anymore. It is from Irithel's vision, I am still connected to her meaning she's still alive and recovering from ashes. And that also means greater danger not only for our Kingdom but for the land of Beryllus.

At the peak of Mt. Mordecai, the highest mountain in Beryllion, I was resting and focusing of awakening my ability. Sinigurado ko nang mag-isa ako at malayo sa lahat lalo na sa kaharian upang huwag akong makasira katulad ng nangyari sa akin noon sa Akademos. My wings are now able so I simply reached the peak of Mt. Mordecai.

I crossed my legs and closed my eyes to focus, at first everything seemed to be so solemn for I only visualize the darkness. Hindi ko alam kung wala akong nasasagap na bisyon o nakapikit lamang talaga ang sinumang napasukan ko. At sa tingin ko'y sa ikalawang option iyon dahil nakakarinig ako ng tinig, nakakaramdam na din ako. My abilities are getting stronger lately, hindi ko pa nakakausap si Professor Hale maging si Leemar tungkol dito dahil hindi pa ako nakakabalik sa Akademos matapos ang digmaan. Wala rin akong ibang pinagsasabihan tungkol sa mga nangyayari sa akin, maging sa aking mga magulang, kapatid at kay George Ezekiel. Ayoko na silang mag-alala, ayoko nang dumagdag pa sa mga iniisip nila. At isa pa'y gusto ko munang makumpirma ang lahat bago ako magsisiwalat ng mga impormasyong aking nakakalap.

I literally gasped when I felt a cold hands caressing my arms. I know it wasn't me nor someone around me for I know I am alone. It was around the person I am possessing. If I am not mistaken, it was Irithel's arms and someone is touching her, awakening her after turning into a person from ashes at last. So, Irithel turned back into her figures again but weak and still unable. And someone is trying to awake her.

"Arise, Irithel, for we shall rule the world in great power and darkness. Breathe to life, command your buzzards and start running those kingdoms."

Ganoon na lamang ako nangilabot sa tinig na iyon. Bigla ay gusto kong bawiin ang ginawa kong tila pagsanib sa sensasyon ni Irithel ngunit hindi ko na ito pwedeng palampasin.

"Behold, arise for we shall rule the world."

I literally arched my body when my heart thumped loud as if it was trying to escape from my chest. And I have known that Irithel's heart finally beat at last. It was still weak yet getting stronger, and as it thump louder I am feeling the opposite. Habang papalakas ito ng papalakas ay ako naman ang nanghihina dahil sa pagkalabog ng puso ko. Naramdaman ko ang tila pagbangon ng aking kaluluwa, ibig sabihin lamang ay bumangon na at tuluyang nagising si Irithel mula sa kaniyang hindi mapayapang pagkakahimlay.

Irithel didn't died, she just turned into ashes and the Queen of Vulture Abyss mended her. This just means further danger for Beryllus. Dalawang kalaban na ang nagsabin pwersa, sa pagkakaalam ko ay hindi lang isa ang Abyss, marami pa sa iba't-ibang parte ng Beryllus. Hindi lang din Abyss ang tahanan ng mga kaaway kundi Chasma, Gulf, Deep, at iba pa. Maaring mayroon pang lumitaw dahil sa pagdami nila. At kung magsasanib pwersa silang lahat ay malakinh digmaan ang magaganap.

I need to inform everyone, the Kingdoms, the entire Beryllus!

"Rise up and join me in conquering the world. The darkness shall invade the light and we shall rule the world, Beryllus, our loving land."

The Queen of the Abyss mended Irithel as I felt an orb healing my soul. At nakumpirma kong unti-unting gumagaling si Irithel dahil tila ito bumangon, ang aking pakiramdam ay bumangon at animo'y nagsimulang maglakad.

"The crowned prince is wandering around the wilds. My son, he'll soon return with his own feet to finally join us and be the King of the Abyss. And it will be the biggest war in the history." The Queen of the Vultures said in a low solemn tone.

I arched when I felt Irithel's lips moved as my lips curved for a smirk.

"Thank you for mending me, I conscientiously devote my service to you..." Irithel was cut off when the Queen talked. Hindi ko alam kung nasaan sila, siguro'y nasa Abyss din naman.

"We will begin the attack at the empire, there is still no emperor. I will—"

"I am afraid someone's eavesdropping. I shall got to distract that someone first." sabat ni Irithel na ikinagulat ko.

Ganoon na lamang ako kabilis na napabangon dahil sa isang atake sa aking lugar. Napapaligiran na ako ng mga buzzards, at talagang kahanga-hanga ang galing ni Irithel dahil nawala na kaagad ang koneksyon na namagitan sa amin.

Alam kong kaunti lamang ang aking nakita ngunit alam ko rong malaking tulong na ito sa Beryllus. I need to warn everyone, a war is coming ahead, a grand war and everyone must prepare.

But before I could do anything to escape, I saw tons of buzzards getting on my way. But I am not scared anymore, I have my wings and...

"Perfect. Sa susunod tatalian na talaga kita para huwag ka nang makalayo sa akin."

Ganoon na lamang kalakas na kumalabog ang puso ko sa saya sabay ng aking matamis na ngiti. Dumating na naman siya, katulad ng palagi niyang ginagawa kapag nasa harap ko ang kapahamakan ay dumadating siya upang tulungan at ilayo ako kay kamatayan.

"George Ezekiel..."

"Mahal naman, sabi ko naman sa'yong 'wag kang aalis nang hindi nagpapaalam sa akin." Maktol niya habang lumilipad patungo sa pwesto ko.

"How did you know I am here?"

He smirked, "Easy. Kapag nag-eensayo sa abilidad mo'y nagugulo ang paligid. Nakita kong lumilikha ng ipo-ipo sa tuktok ng Mordecai, alam kong ikaw 'yon."

"Ipo-ipo?"

"Hindi mo alam? Lumilikha ka ng ipo-ipo, Mahal. Bagyo nga eh."

Ngumiti na lamang ako at lumingon sa mga kaaway. Kaya pala ganoon na lamang ang destroso na nagawa ko sa Akademos, lumilikha pala ako ng ipo-ipo at hindi ko iyon alam.

"This will be fun," Excited na saad ni Ezekiel at huminto sa tapat ko, "Wanna exercise with me?"

I rolled my eyes. I'll tell the world everything later, I need to win this fight with the love of my life first.

"Sure, love."

And with that, we both faced every single buzzards getting on our way. This is still not the end, but atleast I have my wings...and I have chief chevalier George Ezekiel Grock.
