when he tell you he loves you

-you were sitting at home. on your dinner table. with a bowl of ramen sitting in front of you.

-you couldn't stop thinking about yesterday

-you know. with kakashi

-you sit in silence watching the steam rise up from the ramen

-your feelings about kakashi felt stronger and bigger than before

-bigger than anyone you've ever liked

-your stomach fills with butterflies every time you think about how he just caressed your face

-how he grabbed your waist and pulled you close

-you finally take a bite of your ramen once it cooled down

-you had just finished your ramen when you heard a knock on your door

-you go to answer it and you see kakashi standing outside

-"may i come in?" he asks

-i answer with a slight nod

-he walks in and i ask him if he wants a bowl of ramen

-he answers 

-"no...the only thing i want is...you.."

-your cheeks turn red and you turn away

-you thought about how he held you yesterday

-his hand around your waist and his other caressing you cheek

- believe it or not, just like in a fairy tale

-kakashi grabbed your waist and held your cheek just like you had imagined

-his chest, touches yours and you feel like this was all a dream

-he bends down to your height and whispers

-"i love you (y/n)"

-in shock you replay those words in your head

-did he really mean that? you thought. careful not to say it out loud

-and just like before. no surprise. it was like kakashi could read your mind 

-"i meant it. (y/n)."

-he looks you in the eyes and says it one more time before leaving your house

-"i love you (y/n). i always will"

-as he starts to walk to the door you grab his arm

-he looks back at you. hoping you'll say something

-and you do

-"i- i also- l-love you kakashi. i love you. kakashi."

-you notice his face turn red. just a tint of red

-the sight of that just makes you feel butterflies

-he gives you a big hug before leaving

-once he was gone you sat down on your bed

-what just happened? you asked yourself. not out loud. but you thought it.

-he loves me.

-i love him.
