Chapter 3

Warm Welcomes

SAPNAP POV

The air was crisp as the sound of rain filled his ears. A noise he found very peaceful.

They were meeting up in 15 minutes.
Sapnaps heart was running circles.

He layed down on his with his limbs sprawled out. His eyes spaced out on the fan above.

He was so excited

KARL POV

He sat on the ground and glanced down
The clock read 5:13

His neck stretched back.

The wave of sadness hit him fast, taking no hesitation to infiltrate his thoughts.

He was bi, and people were going to hate him for it. As he sat down with tears streaming across his face. He got up to go to the bathroom.

Sapnap was coming over in less then 15 minutes and he was less then presentable. His hair was all ruffled and his eyes were puffy.

In a attempt to untangle he ran fingers through his hair and turned around.

His room was covered in clothes, with water bottles and monster cans askew.

He threw the clothes in the nearby hamper

he had always hated laundry

With the cans he counted, 21...22.....23

"Wow, that's enough caffeine to restart a heart" he chucked.

Sapnap pov

The time was 5:20, finally.

He hoped in his car and headed off to Karl's house, the radio loud trying to drain out any worrying thoughts.

What would he do?

His feelings for Karl were so apparent, their friendship was about to be ruined

"You have arrived at you destination" the GPS chimed

He walked out his car and grabbed his bag

Each step to the door filled his brain with new worries

What if he got uncomfortable?

What if he wanted him to go home

Karl pov

I heard a knock on the door. My room was relatively clean so I was content with that

I turned the knob to see a smiling Sapnap looking back at me

SAPNAP POV

As I knocked, I put a smile on my face not to worry karl

He opened the door with a smile aswell

"Sapnap!" he exclaimed.

He immediately wrapped his hands around him. Karl always used touch as a way of communication.

He was shorter then sapnap, not by a lot, but enough where he could rest his chin on Karl's shoulders.

The hug lasted atleast a minute, them swaying side to side in a comfortable silence.

The hug broke, and Sapnap looked into Karl's eyes, they were kinda puffy but he didn't want to butt into his business

"Come inside"

His house was quite comfy, lots of warm colored furniture. The house by its self was freezing however.

They walked to his room and plopped on his bed

Clink

He looked behind him to see a bump under the blanket

"What the f*ck was that* he laughed

"who knows"

He pulled back the covers to see a very crumpled monster can

They both almost fell over from laughing. They couldn't breathe, and were gasping for air.

"I guess I didn't get them all" Karl said with tears in his eyes

"Right?" Sapnap picked up the can and shot it basketball style into the trashcan

"And he makes the point!" Karl said laughing even harder.

They layed back on the bed staring at the ceiling.
