Lexa has been a fan of Jinyoung probably since he appeared on Produce 101, but her small crush on Jinyoung didn't start till 2019 when CIX debuted that's sort of when it kicked off. It wasn't until she heard Movie Star which was CIX's debut song she went like shi this slaps hard and watched the mv. After her being in like 2 relationships she completely forgotten about her crush on Jinyoung.
Until her break up with Jeno.
Of course Lexa was still asked before her break up if there was an idol who made her heart flutter.
She wouldn't deny it yet she wouldn't answer it.

Jinyoung knows about NCT I mean who dosen't? Anyways he didn't know about Lexa's crush until like 2020 when someone named Se-Ri told a girl named Ryuu, Ryuu told Fang, Fang told Yeji, Yeji told Yeeun, Yeeun told her leader Soobin, Soobin accidentally told Hyunsuk, Hyunsuk told BX and BX told Jinyoung.
Jinyoung was shocked that his sunbae from the hit group NCT 127 who had just had a break up with another fellow member liked him. Kim Minyoung or Lexa the girl who a lot of people wanted to dated had a crush on him.
Of course he was so honored that his sunbae liked him, but no one ever told him that he was Lexa's bias in CIX and that she had known of him since day one.

If you read my Stray Kids 9th member you'll know that Yoon Se-Ri went to Lila Art High School, the same school Jinyoung went too.
Se-Ri knew about Jinyoung since they had gym together once.
Yeeun knows Hyunsuk thanks to Soobin, Ji-Hoon is also friends with Lexa.
Lexa is super close to Roselle Park who known Jinyoung since he was a little kid. And Roselle used to train with Lexa in SM entertainment.

Lexa visited Tommorow x Together for winning Music Bank or whatever. She was just there to congratulate them, CIX was also promoting at the same time if you know what I mean. Anyways Lexa ran into Jinyoung she got scared because this is my crush. When he asked for her number she gave him her number. Yeeun said there where sparks!

Lexa was in Paris France for her best friend funeral, she wasn't talking to any of here members. Jinyoung texted her and she answered, they talked for a while. Both of them were very happy sort of.
