Octrachel. I would be perfectly fine with it but 2 things...
1. Rachel (I don't know why.) can't date anyone because she is the Oracle of Delphi.
2. I hate Octavian. But, I don't hate Rachel. (Though I do NOT ship Perachel.) I don't want to do that to Rachel.

I'm sorry guys. I ship Percabeth too much to ship Percy with anyone else. There are other reasons for them, too.
