"Why would they oppose the Avengers?" Kirishima ask confuse

"In the big picture they are, in the small picture they don't. The people of the world are grateful that the world is saved, but the people of Sokovia are not since their city is in a million pieces" L explain
"So because of one city destroyed they decided to disband the Avengers?" Bakugou ask irritated
"No, actually there are a few cities that was destroyed by the Avengers either by accident of not. But this doesn't broke off the Avengers. Because of these destructions, the UN are worried that if Avengers as a private organization let to act on it's own, then there will be more unnecessary destructions. To avoid this, the UN crated the Sokovia Accords" L explain
"Sokobia Accords?" The audience repeat
"What do the UN Accords to?" Toru ask
"The Sokovia Accords are a set of legal documents designed to regulate the activities of enhanced individuals, specifically those who work for either government agencies such as or for private organizations such SHIELD as or for private organizations such as the Avengers" L explain
"So like a quirk law?" Midoriya ask
"Yes, something like that" L confirm
"A regulation? Let me guess, there are some who agree and some who disagree with the accords. so they broke off?" Aizawa analyze
"Yes, and no. Yes, the accords is one of the reason why they broke off. But no, the accord is not the biggest reason why the Avengers broke off. We will see that later. And now, we will see them fight each other first" L said
"We fight each other?!" The students yell surprise
"They fight each other? Where's the rationality in that? The government want to regulate them because they all make unnecessary destruction, and opposing that by fighting each other? Irrational" Aizawa said annoyed
"Try not to judge before you know exactly what is going on, Aizawa. Try to lived up to your "rational" claim, or Delta will be right that you are irrational" L said
"Don't remind me of him" Aizawa grunted
"All right, let's start" L snap his finger
The screen show Midoriya in his uniform is on an airport running towards helicopter. When electro-disabler slams onto the chopper and Midoriya looks up. Iron Man and War Machine land in front of him
