Avengers oneshots and imagines

Peters field trip

Ok so Peter calls Steve-mama, cuz Steve acts like it and calls Tony-papa, it'll make sense more in the oneshot. Also Peter isn't their kid it's just that they're all close so yea, the others are like uncles and aunts to him:)

"Alright class, just before you leave I have an announcement." Mr Harington said. He didn't really make much announcements so the class settled down a bit.

"Alright thank you. Now that I have your attention tomorrow there is a surprise field trip happening... AT STARK INDUSTRY!"

Most of the class cheered except for Peter Parker. He lives there so why would he be excited to go to a field trip in is own house? He was broken out of thought when Flash yelled-
"Yo p*nis, we finally get to see if your internship is real." Most of his friends laughed historically while others just ignored him. Mr Harington just ignored him and went to handing out the permission slips. Once everyone has a slip he ushers them out of the classroom. He holds Peter up a bit.
"Now Peter, I understand you're getting bullied and you're not that popular but making up this fake internship and knowing Mr Stark is very low. So please, if I hear about this lie again I will have to report it to the principal and you will be punished. Now go along" Peter looks up at him with tears brimming his eyes. He slowly nods and walks away, when he's out the front of the school There's a big cluster of students around a certain area, he sees Happy and he motions for him to meet him at the back of the school. Happy nods and yells at the kids to go home. He parks where Peter is and motions him to come in. Once Peter does he just goes on his Stark phone.

"So how was your day kid?"
"Good I guess." Peter sighs and puts on his headphones to ignore anymore of Happys questions. What he doesn't know is that Happy noted this and is planning on telling Tony. They got to SI and went up the elevator to the penthouse. Once he's in he places his permission slip on the counter not even bothered to say hi to anyone and walks to his room. Steve looks at the direction that Peter went in and gave Happy a confused look. Happy only shrugs and goes off to do whatever he has to do. Steve picks up the permission slip and looks at it. He raises an eyebrow. 'Why is Peter so sad about coming here?'

"Damn I finally got through that interview with that new tour guide lady. Damn she was a pain in the butt" Tony comes in out of nowhere. He noticed Steve raise an eyebrow and looks at the piece of paper Steve is holding. Tony smirks 'so he's coming here tomorrow huh?' He thinks to himself, Peter comes out of his room and sees Steve holding the slip.

"Soooo you're coming here tomorrow huh?" Tony asks still smirking, "uhhh yea I am, can you get Pepper to sign it please?" He asks, tony shrugs and walks up to Peppers office and gets her to sign it. She does without question but gives him a questioning look and he just shrugs again.

*timeskip to the next morning cuz I'm lazy :)*

"Alright class hurry up and get onboard the bus" Mr Harington states. He looks at Peter and Peter gives him his slip. He lets Peter on the bus after a long period of time. He sits next to Ned who keeps asking him questions. Flash and his friends keep taunting him so he just puts his earphones in. They arrive at SI and go to security. They meet this tour guide named Sally, she looked like she's in her late 20's early 30's. She gives everyone badges except Peter.

"Um excuse me Miss, Peter doesn't have a badge." Flash states. She looks over to where Peter is and he replies-
"Oh it's fine miss I already have one" Peter brings out his card and swipes it.
"Peter Parker, level 100 Alpha, welcome back Peter, would you like me to inform boss that you're here?" F.R.I.D.A.Y asks. "No thanks fri It's fine." His class looks at him in disbelief but they just swipe their cards which are just beta's level 2. They make it up to a few levels where Flash asks-
"Miss do you have to be in collage to have an internship here?" She turns her head and replies "yes you do, I don't know any high schoolers here. You must be in collage" Flash smirks and turns around to Peter "See Parker you HAVE to be in collage to be an intern and also how did YOU of all people hack into Tony Starks unhackable AI?" All the class looks at him even Sally, "yea how did you hack into F.R.I.D.A.Y?" She asks in a snobby tone. "U-uh, I-i" Peter stutters. The whole class but Ned and M.J laugh at him. Sally just starts yelling at him. He couldn't breath properly, he could hear everyone's hearts beating fast. He covers his ears and he feels tears forming in his eyes. He couldn't handle it.
"MAMA, PAPA, UNCLES, AUNTIES" he screamed as loud as he could. Everyone froze, literally everyone, the whole tower froze. There was a moment of silence until he heard ironmans thrusters and Captian America's yelling at the other avengers. They all came to the floor and when I mean all I mean all, Captain America, Ironman, War Machine, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Scarlett Witch, Falcon, The White Wolf (Bucky in infinity war), Thor even Loki, god even Nick Fury. All the avengers had a soft spot for this boy. The whole class just froze at the sight of all the avengers. "Ah avengers, I'm glad you're here, this boy right here has hacked into F.R.I.D.A.Y and made himself a level 100 Alpha badge and claims to be an intern here. I was just yelling at him either to hand over his fake badge or I'd have him removed from the prem-" Sally was cut off by everyone yelling "I'm sorry, YOU DID WHAT?!" She froze and stuttered "I-i told h-him that i-if he didn't hand over his b-badge I'd have him r-removed" now she was getting glares from all the avengers. Loki looked like he was about to kill with his daggers apearing, Thor had Moljönir ready, Wandas eyes and hands were glowing red, oh god everyone wanted to kill this lady. Tony walked out of his ironman suit and gave Peter his noise canceling headphones. He walked over to Steve while Thor and Loki comforted Peter. "That right there" Tony pointed to Peter "is our son and their" he Points to everyone else "nephew" he grabs Steve's hand "and no one NO ONE will yell at him. And you, YOU are fired." "N-no Mr Stark please" Sally begged him. "To late, next time don't yell at kids without proof that he faked it" he glared at her. "Now which one of you is Eugene Thompson?" He asked. All the kids turned and looked at Flash with pity. And Flash, he just smirked and walked over to the tony stark. "I am Mr Stark" he says with a smile.
"That's great because.... IF YOU EVER TOUCH OR TALK TO MY SON AGAIN I WILL SUE YOU AND YOUR SAD EXCUSE OF A FATHER. YOU SERIOUSLY DONT THINK I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO PETER? WELL BOY ARE YOU WRONG, touch, look or speak to my son again and you will regret it." Flash's face paled. "Y-You can't do that!" He states while Tony just smirks "I'll see you in court then" then Tony turns to Mr Harington "now you better do something about this kid bulling mine other wise I will get you fired and the only other job you'd ever get is working at McDonalds" he glares coldly at him. "Now the rest of you, except for Ned and M.J" Tony smiles at them "you've all signed a contract, if this" he points to all the avengers comforting Peter "gets out, sued, no jobs, homeless, got it?" The class nods slowly. "Now all of you, OUT NOW" they all scurry out an he turns back to Peter "aww baby" he coo's "it's ok, come on, let's get you upstairs and you can watch all the Star Wars you want" he says with a warm smile.

And that ladies, gentlemen, non-binary pals, gender-fluid friends, is how Peter Parker-Stark stopped getting bullied.
