IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

I woke up to Ajal crying and panting in his sleep," Hey wake up, Crow! wake up!", I shouted shaking him awake, he woke up in a jolt his face was stained with tears and he was freezing, "Hey come here it's okay I'm here no one can hurt you here, I promise.", I said while holding him tightly to keep him from getting up or shaking anymore than he already was, as he tried to hold back tears.  Awhile later after he calmed down I gave him an outfit that I made for him, so he could go take a nice hot bath. I got up after he was in the bathroom and went into the closet to change, I called Mersophine's for help since I couldn't get my wings through my shirt.  I finally got them in, then I went back to relaxing on my bed. I decided it was about time to go see my family since I was supposedly dead. My outfit was perfect and my hair looked somewhat tamed but it was still a fluffy mess, I looked around outside my window before jumping out and flying away of course I left a note for Ajal I'm not that stupid. I flew about 34 miles all the way to where my family was staying for the night since they were staying with my fake grandparents, I know that they aren't my birth family but it was alright I just wanted them to know I was okay and not dead.

ONE HOUR LATER

I looked out through the trees to see my mother and father upset and in tears, my grandma was also with them she looked to be in emotional pain, it was a terrible sight to see but at least they won't be sad anymore, after I come and see them hopefully they will be happy . I was ready, I walked out and over to them, "Mom, Dad?", I said to them, "L̶a̶n̶a̶?", "Actually it's Verity but good guess." I said with a small nervous laugh, she looked at me confused until she realized I had wings my dad had already noticed them, "You're not my daughter, you're not my kid either get out of here NOW!", she shouted not so sad anymore, she looked more angry than sad or hurt. I ran and jumped into the air with tears running down my face, their words burnt into my mind like a hot knife cutting my scull open the pain was killing me I knew they couldn't love me like this they weren't even my real parents anyway.......... I guess I really am lonely, "Hm?", I realized I was no longer flying, but falling, I didn't want die and I don't want to but maybe feeling like this for just a second will be okay...I let myself fall and before I knew it I was getting quite close to the ground. But before I hit the ground I was grabbed out of the air and held close by someone that smelled so familiar and homey, "A-Ajal?", I whimpered out, "You're a fucking idiot! You could've died!!", He shouted out in a hurt tone, "I'm sorry..", I replied with tears in my eyes...I didn't notice what was happening until I leaned in, a meaningful kiss that made me feel like there was nothing to worry about -This is home-

5 MONTHS LATER

I was sitting in class as the teacher went on and on about something weird like history theories or some shit, I'm glad that today is my last day of school it may seem cool here but most of the kids here are mean, or just quiet either way I don't fit either of those categories. I walked out the school doors to see Ajal standing there waiting for me, "Hey!", I said running up to him, "Nice to see you too." He said as we hugged each other tightly. It's been 5 months since I've talked to my fake family and 5 and 1/2 months that Ajal and I have been together, I did infact get to meet his family and they all seemed really nice I mean for the most part at least. I couldn't wait to go hangout in London for a couple weeks, I had to find my parents and family, that's my main goal for the summer. We made it to Ajal's house to grab his things and say our goodbyes, after getting our stuff we teleported to my home town to see an old friend.  I missed her and wanted to see how she was. *Knock knock* A teen girl opened the door with a smile, "Hello, how may I help you?", She said ,"I'm looking for an old friend her name is Arian ,"I replied "Verity?!?!", she exclaimed "Arian is that you??", I said in shock. She hugged me, "duh of course it's me you idiot.", She laughed out, "I couldn't really tell you look different I mean you still have a sarcastic look but you're hair is so long and you look like a young model.", I murmured out in shock still, "Well you haven't seen me in like years since you went missing, also nice wings." Karli says with a smile, we continued to catch-up, and I introduced Ajal to her.  As we finished getting settled Karli told me she was also supernatural so she decided to demonstrate her forms

I asked her if she wanted to come along with us to London she said sure, as long as her girlfriend could come along with us as well I obviously said yes I mean why not, Arian went inside and walked out with her girlfriend. Arian and her girlfriend looked perfect together it was like a match made in heaven or hell not to sure, we were introduced and we found out her name was Lilith, Lilith's eyes are green with a hint of pale blue, her hair is a platinum blonde and is cut short, she also has many tattoos, Arian on the other hand has long dark ruby hair with a under cut to it, her eyes are crystal blue, and she only had a couple small tattoos on her arms. We all decided to stop by Lilith's house so she could grab her things, she didn't live with her parents since they kicked her out. A little while later, we were finally ready to leave but I had to go see two people before I left, the others decided we would meet up at our resort.

AFTER A SMALL FLIGHT

I walked up the door and lifted the doormat to grab the spare key, once I unlocked the door I zoomed over to my friends' room so no one would notice me. I was nervous but it was worth it so I knocked on their door. My two old bestfriends opened the door and I was immediately tackled by hugs, "Hey I've missed you guys too", I giggled out as I hugged them even tighter, "Where the hell have you been I thought you died!!!", My friend Taylor yelled quietly, "Yeah you dumb dumb you didn't even pick up the phone!", Ella cried out, "I'm so sorry I wasn't there I kind of moved away and then ran away...", I said flexing my wings to show them why, "Wow, that's so cool!", They whisper shouted, "Do you think we're like you too?", Taylor asked excitedly, "Yeah I think so but there's only one way to find out.", I replied, "Really how?", Ella persisted. "Well I was thinking since I'm going to London to find my real family that maybe I could take you there and show you", I resumed, "Hell yeah we'll come along it sucks here anyways.", Tay presumed. "Okay then its settled we're going to London!", Ella said happily....
