For Newton Scamander II, life could always be made a little better with the help of a perfectly timed joke. With an intimidating legacy built right into his name, and a love of mischief and magical creatures to match, the boy learned from a young age that, no matter what's wrong, a little laughter goes a long way in getting the job done.

However, when news of a tournament and schools visiting from around the world throws Newt and his friends into situations they could've only ever imagined, and tensions begin to rise amidst the people he's always considered to be his home, Newt learns that, surprisingly enough, not everything can be fixed with a good joke and a piece of chocolate.
