Bakit nga ba may nakakaexperience ng depression?

Some people don't understand about what it can do to people minsan sinasabi pa nila arte lang or kulang lang sa pansin.
Hindi natin alam minsan nakangiti or tumatawa sila but deep inside meron silang mabigat na pinagdadaanan.

Losing someone, going through so many problems that you think or feel like nothing can help you to pass through it. 

Depression hindi naman nakikita yan eh thoughts that is slowly killing you. Sobrang hirap labanan nakakatakot kasi sarili mo yung kalaban mo. Kadalasan kahit anong sabihin mo sa sarili mo yung mga unwanted thoughts they will stay with you.

Paano nga ba laban ang depression? Paano nga ba maiiwasan yung bagay na sa huli pwede natin pagsisihan?

Ako? I was or still experiencing depression  siguro the reason why I'm still here hmmm dahil sa family ko. Yung to the point na bibitaw ka na tapos makikita mo na umiiyak yung parents mo and saying sorry for the things they didn't knew about you or your struggles. Kadalasan we closed ourselves to the world or sa mga taong nasa paligid natin because we think na walang nakakaintindi satin. Yung mga pinagdadaanan na pakiramdam natin tayo lang yung nakakaranas. You are lucky if you have people who understand your pain and struggles na kahit hirap mo na intindhin they will stay y your side. Paano na lang yung wala? Paano na lang yung mga walang ibang makapitan through their darkest times.

Others are silently asking for help but its either we choose to ignore them or we're scared to be involve ourselves with that kind of responsiblity. Its sad to thik so many people lost their lives with no one hearing those silent cries.

Sometimes sa mga flatforms din na ganito, they help you distract yourself like kung hilig mo magsulat, magbasa or anything na makakatulong sayo para ma divert yung attensyon mo.

Pero sabi nga nila people are different from each other. They have different ways of coping mechanisms. Iba ibang way paano libangin ang sarili, facing problems.

Ikaw paano mo nga ba hinaharap yung problema mo?
