Drake's POV
I hoisted my backpack up on my shoulders as I walked down the hallway of Oakley's house. This past month has been one of the best times of my life. We've spent time together nearly every single day, and I got to see a side of Oakley that I had never seen before.
At school she was always so shy and timid, but as we got to know each other she started to become outgoing, loud, and playful.
Entering into the kitchen I seen Oakley's mom standing at the counter drinking some water. She took a sip, then looked over to me. " Drake, dear, nice to see you." She smiled.
I returned her warm smile. " Nice to see you Camille."
" Where's Oakley?" She questioned. I pointed down the hallway. " She's getting Elliot set up with cartoon's."
She chuckled. " I told her I would've kept an eye on him so you guys could have some time together. She just would rather have him with her constantly." I shrugged. " He's always welcomed. He's a great little buddy. Plus I love seeing big sister Oakley in action." I said.
Camille raised a confused eyebrow." Big sister? You mean mom." I raised my eyebrow as my heart started to race. " Mom? She told me she was his sister."
Her eyes widened. " God damnit" She whispered to her self. She looked up, but before she could say anything Oakley came walking down the hall way with a cheery smile on her face.
By this time my expression had already turned from confused to pissed. She had lied. This entire time she kept pushing that he was her brother, but really he's her son. That's not even the part I was most pissed about, it was the fact that deep down there was something telling me that she was lying. Hell even Junior seen right through it, and I just ignored it.
She looked at me, and back at her mom, her smile dropping.
" What?" She questioned.
Before I could answer, I turned around and walked out the door slamming it behind me. As I walked to the car I heard the door open and Oakley rush out.
" Drake wait." She yelled.
I turned around, throwing my bag on the ground. " You lied. You fucking lied." I yelled out of anger.
She stopped in her tracks. " Drake I'm sorry."
" This whole time, I thought he was your brother, and he's your fucking kid." I shouted again.
" I know Drake, and I'm so sorry."
I scoffed. " Sorry's not going to cut it. You lied, about something big."
I turned around, ignoring her calls, picking up my bag and walking to my car. Getting in and throwing my bag to the side. Starting my car I sped off, without giving a second look.
~~~
I walked into my cousins apartment, shutting the door behind me. It had been a few hours since I had found out, and I had calmed down some ways.
Closing the door, I looked around to see Issa and Junior sitting on the couch watching tv. Junior looked my way, sitting up and turning off the tv.
" Hey man, you remember you moved out right?" He said sarcastically.
" Ha, ha, ha, yes I do asshole."
I walked over to the kitchen grabbing a bottle of water. Twisting off the cap I took a drink.
" What crawled up your ass?" Junior asked standing up.
I ignored his question, looking over to Issa. " Did you know?"
