✭ chapter: three ✭

It was an early morning for me today,
I had to go and pick something up from lab and also check if I left my calculus notebook in the band room as maya had made me go with her in hopes of finding the cute boy she had a crush on (and to no avail as he was in fact that there)

As I enter the band room my eyes quickly land on my blue starry notebook but not before my eyes land on the figure next to it

Jake.

Ever since that day he bombarded me in my dorm trying to get away from the two frat boy, that I came to realize he actually hung out with them (conveniently they were with him right now), I've been bumping into him left and right

Somehow couldn't go a day without seeing his attractive face

I let out a sigh at the fact I had to not only interact with him but deal with his two flirty dirtbag of friends

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything but that right there is my calculus notebook and I need it"
I say breaking their conversation pointing at my notebook next to Jake and then crossing my arms leaning against the door frame

The three guys eyes being glued to my figure now, the two dirtbags having that stupid smirk plastered on their dumb faces while Jake looks down at the notebook I had just pointed to picking it up

"Woah I told you dude you have a stalker"
Douchebag #1, who I soon learn his name is Nick, speaks his dirty ocean eyes glued onto me, that stupid stupid smirk plastered on his face, I glare at him not too pleased with his stupidity

"Careful Nick or miss kitty cat is gonna pounce"
Douchebag #2 speaks a laugh Leaving his lips, my glare landing on his brown eyes, a chuckle leaving nicks mouth at my action

I had no absolute idea how or why the fuck Jake tolerated the two, I couldn't possibly do it

My eyes flicker at jakes form standing from his seat now walking towards me, my calc notebook in hand

His annoyed glances at the two telling me that maybe he actually didn't but was forced to tolerate the two

He hands me my notebook a gentle smile on his lips

Cute.

I thank him smiling back and leaving
Heading back to the dorm thanking my professors for not coming and leaving me free the rest of the day

I lay on my bed whining at how maya was currently shaking me awake

"Maya please for the love of god, what's so important"
I say groaning into my pillow

"You've been sleeping all day get you're sorry ass up"
She says crossing her arms sitting down on my bed in defeat

"Maya it's a Friday and I had nothing important to do please leave me be"
I say my words a slightly mumbled by my pillow

"Guess I'll just go to my parents and leave you here..all....alone"
She shrugs getting off my bed

"Ugh fine"
I say getting up to go shower

As I finished up my makeup the two of us walk out of the dorm

If I see their two faces again they won't be smiling for much longer

My eyes land on the two frat douche bags with those smiles plastered all over their faces, my blood boiling

Oh I knew they knew they got under my skin but a part of me thought the only reason they did it was to spite Jake

Or I'm just thinking into peoples business

I still had no idea why Jake had been running away from them that day though

Either way I glare at the two and head my marry way mayas arm intertwined with my own

I just loved seeing how maya got under her skin at the fact her parents absolutely loved me

It was honestly funny but the bang's were absolute sweethearts
That day maya and I spent the day in the living room watching shows and shit
Somehow though I was the one that ended up going to bed first

As y/n went up to bed, I headed to the kitchen, my parents sitting on the island stools talking

As I fill up a cup of water I over hear them talking about how Chris is going to come home tmr morning

They told they were going to pick him up early in the morning

It had been at least a year or two since he left so I was pretty eager to know he was finally coming back home

I woke up the sun beaming on my face
A groan leaves my mouth
As I get up I notice how maya wasn't even in her room -shrugging it off- I walk to the bathroom

As my hand was about to open the steel colored knob

The door opens

I look up my eyes trailing onto a taller figure shirtless taller figure, towel wrapped around his waist, the well defined muscles on his abdomen full of water droplets, leading me to believe that he had just taken a shower

My Eyes trailing up I notice he was drying his hair with a smaller towel, messing with blonde curly hair

I stood there frozen at the sight of the male infront of me, who I had never seen before, I notice his eyes trailing up and down my body

My cheeks tinting a light crimson as my ears heat up at his gaze over me when I remember what I was wearing

By no means was it scandalous but by the way his eyes scanned my body told a different story

"You gonna move or...are you just going to stand there staring?"
His voice breaks the unbearably loud silence around us

I snap back and move to the side as he walks past me and into the room infront of said bathroom

Who was he?

I shake off the pure image of what was In front of my eyes just now as I walk into the bathroom to throw water onto my face

I would soon enough find out who he was
