Your monthly visit are also known as your period or your menstrual cycle is part of growing up. It's is part of becoming a woman. Yeah it is scary you're right.

Though it doesn't have to be. If you haven't started your period yet or if you just started getting yours. This section is for you.

There are some questions you probably want answers to. And some things that you probably should know.

In the section I will explain a good bit about what goes on in your body that comes along with your period.

So your period menstrual cycle or monthly visitor whichever you decide to call it. Might not happen every month right when you start your body is still getting used to this new change. As you get older and your body gets used to the change of you becoming a woman it should become more regular.

And yeah I'm going to be honest it sucks. A lot of girls have cramps and it gets messy and usually you get a little cranky.

I mean who wouldn't be but backed why we have menstrual cycles.

Basically your body's preparing for you to be able to carry a child inside of you. A long long time down the road.

Every month or about that extra tissue grows inside your body to prepare for that when your body doesn't need that. It gets rid of it like a dog shedding its coat when it don't need it's winter coat it gets rid of it. Basically the same reason our body doesn't need it at that time so it gets rid of it. But unlike an animals fur coat. The tissue that was growing inside of us is part of us so when we shed it there's a little blood.

Don't worry I know it might be scary but to be honest most of what you see is not blood it's the tissue our body is constantly making blood so we can stand to lose a little bit of it during this process.

Then the cycle starts all over again and this goes on till your well into adulthood. Usually between 45 and 55 women stop having their menstrual cycle.

But for the next 30 to 40 years here is some tips.
